My husband and I call this place the post-apocalyptic CVS. Lights flickering. Empty shelves. Filthy. Stuff everywhere. But the worst part- the pharmacy here is an actual joke. They always serve the most extreme attitude I've ever seen. Eye rolls. Sighing. Rudeness. Sarcasm. The whole range of abhorrent behavior. Takes a lifetime to fulfill prescriptions, and you better remember you're on THEIR time. Depending on the prescription, they try every way possible to make it more difficult to get, even if insurance has already approved it. They move at the most glacial pace I've ever seen in a pharmacy, it's like a scene out of a movie about sloths or something. The sheer laziness is truly astounding. Here's me.. eye rolling right back at you all. You should be embarrassed of yourselves.

The actual pharmacist is a nice guy. Unfortunately, all the techs are rude and sarcastic. If they don't want to fill something ( like pain killers), they just say they don't have enough. They do not offer any help, like maybe they'll get more tomorrow or something. I asked what should I do then? "Take it to another pharmacy." With a side-headed attitude. A bunch of jerks work there. I feel bad for the pharmacist stuck with these sourpuss folks.

Called and got my prescription in 15 min! Saw some bad reviews but I don't know what they're talking about. The staff has always been nice and helpful to me.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years. Not any longer. Your store managers are not worth the pay checks you pay them. Save your money!!! I have had more problems with the Pharmacy. When the the head Pharmacist is out sick. I have been giving incorrect medicine. Or they don't know how to run ( insurance). Your tech are rude!! When the head Pharmacist was in all was well. Now, I will be moving by business to a company that listens to its consumers!!!

They do not care. This is the most unorganized, unkept, dirty CVS in Savannah. The Pharmacy need a new computer as they are constantly having problems with it or maybe it is getting hacked. Someone needs to do an inventory. They need the prices on the shelves to match up, they need to sort and organize what they have. And they need to be sure that their pharmacy keeps basic common drugs on hand so you don't have to keep coming back.
