The redhead Manager must have been having a bad day, I went to her asking for help with the app and was turn away and told to call the 800 number. I'm an older customer and was having some problems with the app and was looking for a little help. When I walk away from her, she started to laugh. I have never have a problem with her before, normally, she's very friendly. That's why I say she was having a bad day. She told me I was acting like a child I'm a 64-year-old man who do you have my bad days too but I was not acting like a child I just needed some help.

Worst store ever, they close at 9pm and I went there at 8:44 pm and they had the doors locked. This isn't the first time that this has happened. I knocked on the door and then they turned all the lights out.

Extremely friendly staff. I choose this CVS specifically to pick up my prescriptions because the pharmacists are all so kind! Even when there is a long line they do their best to move quickly & efficiently but still give the customer their undivided attention.

This particular location on 12012 Abercorn Street in Savannah, Georgia they are extremely nice and they went beyond the call of duty. I have never had a staff so friendly, so kind and so quick to take care of me in any state or country! The store in particular should be a training center for all of CVS management and pharmacy because they know how to treat a customer right

What a bunch of rude, entitled, negligent pharmacy staffers. Never setting foot inside again

Prescription was filled within an hour and no one sent out the automated message saying the prescription was filled. Antibiotics that were needed the same day but couldn't get because they didn't alert anyone. Very disappointed.

This review is for MINUTE CLINIC in CVS: I had an excellent visit with Nurse Practitioner Mikaela. I went in because I had a sore throat that hasn't improved since my flu symptoms have disappeared. She was very friendly and after examining my ears, and doing the routine check up (BP, HR, O2 levels, listening to my lungs and heart, temperature), she explained that I had an ear infection and that was the reason my throat was hurting. She even told me that amoxycillin (antibiotics) was free at Publix so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for it. She gave me a summary of my visit that had her diagnosis and my vitals from the visit. She took the time to listen to my reason for the visit and took the time to explain my symptoms and gave me a clear treatment plan. The visit was $129 without insurance, which is cheaper than urgent care 24/7 and St. Joseph/Candler's urgent care because they have more expensive fees for additional tests.

This has been our goto pharmacy after moving to Savannah. We had all our old script at a CVS in Ohio. They helped with a seamless transition. Clerks are usually pleasant and helpful. The pharmacist and and techs are great. Use the coupons and you will save $$$ over the course of a year.
