I went to this minute clinic when all I wanted was a urinalysis for a UTI. Jess the nurse practitioner refused me of care and wouldn't let me talk on top of talking down to me as if I was stupid and inaccurate when I have had chronic utis all my life. The worst experience ever with a nurse practitioner and left me feeling frustrated and knowing I will NEVER return. Get help and work on communication skills.

I really don't want to give one star because this pharmacy doesn't deserve it...DON'T use this place! I left the hospital after a surgery and went through the drive through on February 21st at 20 minutes after one \u0026 was told by the technician that they were going to lunch at 1:30.I said ok ,I have one RX and it's 20 after, she said leave it and come back in 45 minutes, again I said ONE RX,20 pills,I just had a hernia surgery...She stood there looking at me and said once again,we go to lunch in ten minutes...I went up the road to Publix where it happened to be busy and my RX took 5 minutes, and I got a smile and a thank you....I won't ever use CVS again...And to make matters worse I started getting calls and texts from the Minute Clinic about a bill from an appointment from June of the following year that had been paid! Go elsewhere !!! I rate CVS a zero

Received severe muscle spasms during BOTH of my shots. I would advise to NOT GET YOUR VACCINATION SHOT HERE. On more than 2 occasions both my wife and I have had unusual pain from our covid/flu shots, likely due to overly COLD needles...We've heard them mention it several times...We've had our shots at PUBLIX before, and it was NOTHING like the CVS. Something about the person who gives the shots, sorry, they are nice but not doing it right! My wife noticed that she gave me shots unusually HIGH on my arm, ouch! Now I have swollen muscles that are taking far longer to heal....NOT returning...The on-site nurse told me to go to Urgent Care to have it checked out, what??? And pay money for someone's mistakes? I don't think so...If anything, CVS nurse should have offered FOR FREE, a 10 second look over my arm - sad world....

Friendly and fast service at the pharmacy and clinic! I went here while on vacation and in terms of going to the doctor instead of the beach, this is about as good as it gets!

I switched my prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS and when my medication was filled the brand was one I was unable to tolerate. I called the pharmacy to have the brand switched and was told the pharmacist would order the correct brand and submit an override to my insurance company. I was also told the prescription was ready. I pulled up to the window and was told my insurance company denied it and it would be $85.00. I said that I was told that the pharmacist said she would contact insurance and do an override. The pharmacy tech came back and said it will be $35.00. I will be switching back to Walgreens

So we are from north ga, my son got a cough and I ran in to get some medicine...I wish we had this CVS here, they have more stuff and options and variety than I have ever seen at a CVS. I was jealous of the options especially for more natural products and stuff. I almost wanted to buy stuff just to bring back and have in my arsenal of a medicine cabinet.

Maybe I Just hit a bad day but I was on hold for 30 minutes just to ask 1 question and get advice and was hung up on. The guy I talked to when I first got through basically said i couldn't return the medication (which is fine I just wanted to advice and signs to look for if my body didn't take to that brand. Asked to speak to the pharmacist and NEVER got to talk with pharmacist) They just don't seem to care about their patients. I tried calling back a few times but never made it through anyone (Another 20 minutes of waiting) It was just an overall terrible experience. Even when picking up the prescription there was no smiles or anything. Just not people friendly. I feel like people with hypothyroidism should be counseled about the different brands of the same medication, especially when it's changed. I wound up calling another local pharmacy to get the advice and transferred my prescriptions.
