They had never show up. They wanted to know my model number and I didn't know where it was so I never called them back so they never showed up or called me back. So much for the geeks!

I have lived in this neighborhood since before this location was opened. To say I have witnessed the decline in service here is a GROSS UNDERSTATEMENT. Please let your staff know, if they truly hate/despise their jobs this much, to please, seek employment elsewhere. As I explained to the CVS team member with a smile on my face, don't worry ma'am, there are other stores I can shop at. Which is exactly how I am handling this matter moving forward. I understand this review will fall on blind eyes, and deaf ears, but I was compelled to put it out there.When I receive my automated reply to this, it will only be further proof from CVS they don't need/want my business.Everyone have a GREAT day and stay safe.

Called this morning (before pharmacy was open) and used the automated RX refill to refill a very common RX. The automated system said the RX would be done at 1PM. When I got there at 1PM the pharmacist said he hadn’t done the RX yet and then couldn’t find the medication). They would try to get it in tomorrow

Had my tooth pulled today and came here to fill my prescription. They told me to come back at 1, which was an hour and a half wait, but I was completely ok with that. My wife and I decided to go get lunch while we waited and took a little longer than expected. I came in at 1:25, right before they closed for lunch. The girl at the counter was ready to help me, but when she called it back to the pharmacist, he seemed very inconvenienced by this. Instead of saying something to me directly (maybe 15 ft away at most), he barked back to the assistant, "tell him to come back at 2, we are officially closed." Don't care if you are busy, short staffed, or just in a bad mood, customer service is still customer service. I am paying you for a service, not to be rude with an attitude.
