Excellent experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacy manager Ankita was especially helpful at sorting out an admin issue created by a different CVS branch. She values customers and is super polite and efficient at her job. Thank you so much!

Thank you cvs for helping me get a much needed med filled. I’ve moved all my meds to cvs after being a long time Walgreens customer.

The employees are always to busy to greet the customers. The store coupons that are issued with the receipt can’t be applied to my “same day” purchase.

I pay the monthly fee to have my prescriptions delivered. I was notified on a Thursday my medication was ready for pick up. I, as always, on Thursday I placed the order to be delivered on Monday. No package comes. I notice on the app it says package ready to ship but has not left the pharmacy. I left a message asking what was going on. I get a call back saying 'we did not fill the prescription until late on Friday and the postman probably left before it was filled. You should most likely get it Tuesday' Im thinking then why did I get a notification it was ready for pick up. However, I brushed it off and knew I had enough medication until Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. Wednesday came and went. I message again Thursday. I tried to call but the automated robot would not let me speak to a real person and it said it was ready to ship but had not left the pharmacy!!! UGH! I get a call back saying 'well looks like the postman, I think she said USPS, lost the package.' First of all this is medication not groceries!!!!!!!! They should keep track of this much better! Or instead of using the postal service they should use their own delivery service to ensure MEDICATION is delivered properly!!! How is that not a HIPPA violation? Then Im told well we will refund this and redo it again and you will need to come pick it up. WHAT???! You are going to refund me, redo it, then I have to come, again pay for it and pick it up???? Something really seems odd!!! As much as a pain it is to move to a new pharmacy I am going to do so, as this is not my first bad experience at this pharmacy!

Eff this store! My dr sends me in a prescription on Thursday, cvs says they don’t have the medication on hand, will have to order it, and it will be ready late Friday. I get no notifications that it’s done come Friday. I go to pick it up today and they somehow LOST MY PERSCIPTION! I can’t call my dr office, I’d have to sit in a urgent care for hours to get a new one, and in the mean time I’m having asthma attacks from the cough that I can’t control because they LOST THE PERSCRIPTION!?!?!?! The unprofessionalism and lack of care to rectify the situation is ridiculous. How they went through 8 years of school to before pharmacists and are this stupid still is beyond me.

I’m not sure what schooling Pharmacists go through, but they need to start back at the basics of reading comprehension. Thanks to CVS Pharmacy, I have been sent away to Walgreens and then back to CVS because of being told my prescription was out of stock due to failure to read the full name of the product. Absolutely absurd.

I do not recommend this CVS pharmacy staff for your prescription needs. They messed up my original prescription giving me the wrong product. Then I ran out of the product because they didn’t supply enough for the 30 day supply. When I placed the refill order no one instructed me on the phone that I was requesting the refill early and told me it would be ready for pick up in a couple hours. Time went by no response when I called I was then instructed that it was too early and insurance wouldn’t cover. They told me to call insurance. After calling my insurance and having them square it away, I was then told they don’t even have the product in stock and had to wait until the next day. The next day came and I received no response, when I called to verify it’s ready for pick up I was told they’re still waiting on it and it should be ready by 2:30/3 oclock. I called shortly after 3 to see if it’s ready and was told it’s in stock but they’re too busy and I won’t be able to pick it up until at least 6:30 at night. That is a complete 24 hours without my prescription. Unacceptable customer service. I had my prescriptions transferred elsewhere and was able to pick them up within the hour of calling.

This is probably the worst CVS experience I’ve ever had. I walked in & grabbed the one item I needed. I saw one older gentlemen walking around and headed towards pharmacy. I saw another lady whom I assumed was a customer because she had no uniform on, and was walking around with a plastic cvs shopping bag. Assuming she was walking around waiting on her prescription.
I went to the register and waited, but no one came. I noticed the self checkout, but it was not working. Waited a second longer for assistance, then decided to walk down and look down the aisles, no worker to be found. I go and patiently wait at the pharmacy to see if they could check me out. The pharmacist said they could help me up front. I told her I waited there for a bit and no one was around. The second I said that, the lady I saw earlier is behind me (very far from the registers as were at the pharmacy) and VERY rudely says “well I’m right here” (again, nowhere near the registers & she wasn’t in uniform how was I supposed to know?)
I then said well I waited there and couldn’t find any help so. She says “there’s a self checkout up there too you know” again, in the rudest tone of voice, completely belittling me. I kindly said “well it’s actually not working so i apologize”
Truly have never had an employee be so rude and make someone try to feel so dumb before. I will never come back here. Maybe make your employees wear the proper uniform, be nice to customers, and not make them feel stupid. When THEY are in the wrong.

They fill whatever your dr. Sends they don't try and be doctor or shame you for getting pain Killers. It's small so sometimes they need to order your meds but they are nice. Pretty good pharmacy. Nice and quiet, kroger was the worst.
