Its really bad what the cvs on waters near the hospital has become. Its empty and the pharmacy is rude to you. The pharmacy hours are not good i just usually go to walgreens now because they are open 24 hours.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR MEDICINE FILLED OUT WITH!! THIS LOCATION WILL TELL YOU A TIME AND WHEN YOU COME TO PICK IT UP IT WON'T EVEN BE FILLED LET SLONE READY!! THEN THEY WILL LIE AND TELL YOU THAT THEY JUST RECEIVED THE SCRIPT WHEN YOU PERSONALLY DROPPED IT OFF HOURS PRIOR!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT CARE!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! WHEN I WAS DROPPING OFF MY SCRIPTS A MOTHER WAS GOING OFF ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE FOR HER EXTREMELY SICK CHILD WHO NEED THEIR ANTIBIOTICS AND THEY DID NOT CARE!! HORRENDOUS! IF YOU KNOW ABOUT THE BUBBLE GUM ANTIBIOTIC ITS ALREADY PREPARED ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IT FILL IT WITH WATER TO THE LINE AND SHAKE!! I KNOW I USED TO WORK AS A PHARMACY TECH!! THIS LOCATION NEEDS A FIRE AND RESET ASAP!!!!! ONCE AGAIN AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Ordered online for quickness and discretion and when with my name and the order number I had say what it was and still had to wait smdh and I had to wait thirty minutes for the email in the first place to come pick it up - just buy directly it’s not worth it wasted a lot of time

They have a terrible problem keeping prescriptions in stock, also refuse to fill any controlled substance I have had sent over even though I have filled the same prescriptions at other CVS's

I went to the window to pick up some Tylenol and I asked if they could get it. I have COVID and this is the rudest CVS I have ever been to. So I came in the women’s excuse was there were too many people at their counter. I came in one guy was leave. They didn’t have a line of people. The customer service at this place stinks. I went to another CVS in Garden City these people were the kindness after I explained that I was going to come to window. I asked if they would be able to get tissue for me. Well Tracy being so kind said yes we can grap that. I will never go to the waters CVS. again. Even the reviews say they stink. So manger what are you going to do with this staff of yours?????????

I have used CVS for my prescriptions for years and prefer to use CVS pharmacy however, today was an absolute nightmare! Although, the staff within the Pharmacy are always professional, the staff within the store definitely needs training in their customer service! I was totally disrespected and screamed at by a staff member this evening. Merely, trying to return a product was a bit too much to handle. After being told I could not exchange a product, she rudely went through the procedure to return my purchase on my card. She was NOT able to ring up the product I wanted to exchange on her register. I had to stand in line again! I was using cash, this staff member continued to disrespect me as I was in line, she totally screamed at me the register I was at did NOT accept cash. Totally speechless, I went to the pharmacy to make my purchase. What has happened to customer service at this store?
If you can't exchange a product, how hard is it to refund and ring up another purchase for a customer? Even if you can't do it with a smile, why belittle and humiliate a customer?

I did not get the clerks name but she was a middle aged black women who was extremely helpful to me. Today she made this my favorite CVS location
I appreciate this type of genuine kindness and patience. She went above and beyond to help me.

Started using this store out of convenience on a prescription drug I’ve been taking for over two years. Took in refill DATED BY DOCTOR and an employee smiled at me and we can’t refill for two days. When I asked why, she said you have two days left before refill. I informed her to look again at date on my DOCTOR PRESCRIPTION, she said that don’t matter. We show you have two days left , you want it filled or not. Did not CVS knows more than doctors who give the prescription.
Last time I walk in a CVS.

Oh this pharmacy is a joke.
I wish I would of gotten that lady's name. I just can't believe, she is responsible for giving out medication. A complete joke. It's only convenient, because you are right across the street from the hospital. Do not go in this place. You will be treated like garbage, for asking how long a wait is.
You work at a pharmacy at CVS. On Waters Ave. I'd be mad too. ?

Krista (or Christa) the pharmacist DESERVES TO BE FIRED!! worst customer service ever!! been in line for almost an hour for medz for my newborn and while standing in line they closed the dropoff section of the pharmacy in my face 1 hr and 15 mins before posted closing hours!!! a staff member that saw me waiting asked Krista the pharmacist if she could squeeze me in and she blatantly dismissed saying no negotiations. the medication was for my newborn.
