Poor customer service,needed vaccine for my school child they assured me they accepted my insurance mind you they have it on record showed up for appointment and was told they don't accept the insurance I asked if can get my prescription transferred to another facility they said NO since was sent electronically I have to request another prescription from my doctor will make sure not to visit another CVS ever as the manager Brook didn't even apologize just defensive at Montgomery cross roads, Savannah Georgia

Pharmacy must not have to follow HIPA. I went to pick up 2 prescriptions today and the young lady working the counter announced the gentleman before me’s medication. ( I was embarrassed for him). Then when I was waiited on she announced the vaccines that “I am now due for.” Privacy must not be a priority for this location.

I went to CVS to pick up a product that I wasn't sure of I was able to talk to the pharmacist and she explained everything that I needed to know and she was very helpful at checkout the clerks and the employees were courteous helpful and cheerful I really appreciate that.

The pharmacy staff are very nice and helpful. I get texts as soon as my medication is ready for pickup. They have a lot of cool stuff in their store. A lot of it is dedicated to having gifts for people who are feeling under the weather not to mention their card selection, etc. I have gone there for last minute gift items. All of the staff members there are always friendly and helpful.

I got a fever after receiving a Covid vaccine and called the following day to get some advice. I was told they would call me back and they never did but left me scared. Never again will I use this location. Shame on them.

Walked in with my baby to buy a fragrance and stood in front of the glass forever waiting on someone to assist. Funny thing is a manager is stocking about 3ft from me. I go to the counter, still no acknowledgment. I had to go up to a worker and ask her to open the case to which then the manager looks at me. She asks which one bothered that I interrupted her. I immediately put my care card number in the self checkout, not wanting to deal with her any further and then she says very loud and upset I HAVE TO CHECK THIS OUT OVER HERE as if I’m going to steal it. I was obviously being stereotyped and will NOT return to this location. ***Please note I shop at various CVS frequently and the requirement is only for the associate to scan it- they do not have to handle the transaction.

I normally don't rate CVS stores because they are all just OK. However yesterday was a different experience. I had to get the flu shot and shingles shot in the pharmacy area. Chelsea is a beautiful African American who is an intern there i found out. I called back today to ask who she was so i could write a review. She was the one who administered my shots. She is the reason for my 5 star review. Her personality, her professionalism, and respect she gave to everyone, she impressed me so much I had to give her a shout out. And she kept a smile. That makes a difference to some people. Thank you intern Chelsea.

These pharmacists are awesome people! Two days after I moved here, I got an ear infection. Just my luck. I knew zilch about my area.
Getting app prescription
alerts, easy directions and quick call backs *from a person* put me at ease.
Plus, they laughed at my jokes. I’ve never had a favorite CVS, but I do now!
