On more than one occasion recently, the staff at this pharmacy has expedited a prescription for me when my child has been sick. Today they helped me navigate with our provider after hours when a prescription for my son was not available but an alternative was. It made such a huge difference to get him a treatment before closing time so that he can rest well tonight. The great customer service and kindness is so appreciated

Pharmacy has gone downhill. Very rude staff now. Kick rocks and fill my order you slime and keep your nasty entitled comments to yourself. Worst customer service I've ever had.

Received severe muscle spasms during BOTH of my shots. I would advise to NOT GET YOUR VACCINATION SHOT HERE. On more than 2 occasions both my wife and I have had unusual pain from our covid/flu shots, likely due to overly COLD needles...We've heard them mention it several times...We've had our shots at PUBLIX before, and it was NOTHING like the CVS. Something about the person who gives the shots, sorry, they are nice but not doing it right! My wife noticed that she gave me shots unusually HIGH on my arm, ouch! Now I have swollen muscles that are taking far longer to heal....NOT returning...The on-site nurse told me to go to Urgent Care to have it checked out, what??? And pay money for someone's mistakes? I don't think so...If anything, CVS nurse should have offered FOR FREE, a 10 second look over my arm - sad world....

Was trying to sort out the best way have my prescriptions synchronized after this CVS was unable able to fill my initial prescriptions at the same time. The pharmacy clerk hung up mid conversation without warning. There’s a lot of pharmacies nearby, I probably wouldn’t start with this location if possible.

Just picked up my prescriptions from the CVS Pharmacy on Wilmington Island (Johnny Mercer) and cannot say enough kind words about the pharmacist, Dr. Paul Cubina, (please forgive me if the spelling of your last name is wrong!) who helped me :-) He greeted me with a huge "smile" behind his mask, and ended up going the extra mile by questioning the amount of 1 prescription, and ultimately saving me a good bit of money! Thank you, thank you Dr. Cubina for making my day and I hope CVS knows how very fortunate they are to have you! Take care~ Leslie Hale

Just moved here and was stunned by rudeness in pharmacy. Clerk was embarrassingly abrasive. I am a long time CVS customer and switching to another pharmacy asap.

Friendly and fast service at the pharmacy and clinic! I went here while on vacation and in terms of going to the doctor instead of the beach, this is about as good as it gets!

I got a rapid antigen test for travel here. The pharmacist was friendly and I got it done within minutes. But I never received the results on mail or phone and had to call helpline to get it.

Called to see if they had Covid testing at home kits. Some guy at a call center said they did. Went to the store and they did not . Not to mention no one answered the phone.

I switched my prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS and when my medication was filled the brand was one I was unable to tolerate. I called the pharmacy to have the brand switched and was told the pharmacist would order the correct brand and submit an override to my insurance company. I was also told the prescription was ready. I pulled up to the window and was told my insurance company denied it and it would be $85.00. I said that I was told that the pharmacist said she would contact insurance and do an override. The pharmacy tech came back and said it will be $35.00. I will be switching back to Walgreens

Scheduled a covid test for my daughter. They canceled the appointment for no reason. What an aggravation. Why have open appointments if you're just going to cancel them anyway. Real nice.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service out of any CVS pharmacy I have ever visited. They kept redirecting me to other places and made excuses for being unable to refill a prescription that said 2 refills left clearly on the bottle. (They were the ones to fill the bottle in the first place.) They kept losing my insurance information in their system as well and would ask that I pay full price for things my insurance covers. The last time I visited, I went home only to find out that they gave me the wrong prescription.
