Went in to try on gowns. The consultant assisted me for 3 gowns then outright ignored me when they gave her another client because someone had called out. Not only left me in the dress I was in for over 30 mins while I stood there but unzipped it so my butt was showing. I ended up buying a gown but in my opinion it was not a good experience.

OMG!! I didn’t have an appointment I just wanted to ask a question, and Ms Janice helped me such a blessing I found the dress and Kristen was so nice, I have my dres, shoes,veil and my little jacket. All smiles here🥰

I had a beautiful experience! Summer was my stylist and was very sweet! She helped me get in and out of my dress and made sure I was comfortable. I also had Natalie on the side for when summer had to leave. They answered all my questions and made sure I was good. 10/10

Emma helped me find THE dress. She was so accommodating and helpful. I had no idea what I wanted, but I only had to try on 4 before I found the one because of Emma’s suggestions. 12/10 experience

It was *supposed* to be a happy and fun experience, but my stylist was pulling dresses that *she* pictured me in. Wasn't really hearing me when I was saying what I liked or what I wanted. Also it was VERY hot in the shop. I'm just very disappointed and disheartened by the entire ordeal.
