Josh helped me ship a package internationally today, which was no simple task.
It could’ve been extremely stressful, but he was patient and kind and found me the best price.
I left feeling grateful and relieved that he was able to assist , fully engaged, while also helping the other customers coming in for quick pick up/ drop off needs.
It was my first time shipping thru DHL and didn’t know what to expect, and boy is it different from shipping usps in the states.
