This is the place to go for new tires. I bought 4 new tires, made an appointment, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. If you already know you're going to get new tires, buy them on the site, schedule an appointment, and you won't be waiting long at all. Also I appreciate they don't try to upsell you, though the do soft pitch some extras. For me it was a rear wiper blade for $17 that I already knew was almost falling off the car anyway. Fantastic experience, the employees were professional, nice, and efficient. I will definitely be back any time I need service on my tires.

Wait to begin service is the worst part. The installation went quickly once they got to my car. They are friendly and all that good stuff but don't let them up sell you. Order online and pay before your go and it'll save a ton of time.

12/1/2025 update I had to purchase two full sets of tires in the last 90 days, my wife's Mustang we put 4 Continental Extream Contact DWS and my truck we installed 4 Michelin Defender Platiums, both brand models are on the higher end of the scale. Discount Tire staff members are extremely nice to deal with they are professional, knowledgeable, curious. This store stays very busy because of these qualities they have. I recommend if you are going to use them to schedule an appointment and just leave the vehicle with them. If one of there techs run into any problems while working in someones car it backs the appointments up. They can not forsee this happing. Nor do they want it to happen. This is a good group of people working hard, somethings are just out of there control.
Would I use them again? Definitely hopefully no time soon since I just purchased 2 full sets of tires.
Alignment cost is half of a dealers cost, and it is done correctly.
This store is on Abercorn Street Savannah. I have been treated completely differently from the Pooler store. The young man helping me was up front on wait time, and when he thought it was running longer he came and spoke to me. Completely different then being told I have a 3.5hr wait when I made an appointment for service in Pooler. We make appointments so we don't have the wait time. The Abercorn Store is where I will go from now on.

Service was great. Dropped my car off at 8:30 and it was done 20 minutes later. Raul inspected each tire and gave me recommendations. Will be continuing my tire services at this location.

Just had a great experience at Discount Tire Savannah...highly recommend.
I worked with both Jason (on the phone) and Marcus (in the store). They were both terrific...very professional and helpful. I was looking for a second opinion for the tire pressure monitoring system on my car, which wasn't working. The low tire pressure light was on (even though all of the tires were sufficiently inflated) and no tire pressure data was available on the display. Savannah Toyota quoted me $645, and said that all 4 sensors would need to be replaced. I was extremely skeptical that this was necessary, as it seemed implausible that all 4 sensors went bad at the same time.
I called Discount Tire to see if they diagnosed TPMS issues. Jason replied that they did, and invited me to bring my car in so that they could offer their diagnosis of the problem. Upon arriving, Marcus came outside with a device that he simply held up to each tire and it automatically told him if the sensor was faulty and if its battery was low. None of the sensors had low batteries, but the left rear sensor was faulty (the other 3 sensors were good). They took my car back, and told me it would be ready within 2 hours.
They finished the job in under 2 hours, and the TPMS worked great on the drive home. The low tire pressure light was extinguished, and I was able to view tire pressure data on my display. Total price for the repair: $67. So glad I took the time to get a second opinion. Thank you Marcus and Jason and the Discount Tire team for all of your help! You'll be the first place I call the next time I have a tire-related problem!

We were staying the night in this area on a work trip and found a nail in our transit 350 van tire. We were due for all new tires as it was but were concerned that no place would have them in stock or be able to fit the tall van in their garage. Luckily Discount Tire was right by our hotel. We got there first thing the next morning with no appointment and they immediately got us in, had the tires in stock and were done in about an hour! Extremely fast and friendly service, and a great price! We were able to stay on schedule with our route and make it to all our customers on time. I highly recommend them!
