The manager lets gangs with weapons in and they intimidate customers. This has happened to me four times now, and sometimes they even do "business." And they chase out the people who are inside and close the establishment.

On Saturday March 1st I went to the Savannah store in 11975 Apache Av. at 9:40pm and the shop was closed. The staff were in the shop and told me they were closed. However, in the door, there was a sign that said that the closing time was 10pm. This is not the first time this happens!!

I was in here the offer night on a quick run with my babies.. I get to register she’s scanning my things.. she gives me a total of $31 then asks me to return one because it didn’t scan which I go keep in mind I’m handling my kids as well.. total is now $40 once I’ve scanned my card she realizes her mistake .. something about “alcohol” & shrugs it off & says “it’s okay”.. so I’m thinking we’re good. I get home & I see she charged me TWICE for that 1 item she asked for back. That’s literally not okay. It’s really not. That’s $9 I could’ve saved!

There this older guy with gray hair that works there and he was giving me flirty eyes and I felt so uncomfortable because im 19 and he should know better! I've been going to this dollar general since i was a child and now i dont even wanna go back because he still there

Even though the employees were respectful and friendly, the store itself was difficult to get around due to supply carts and boxes blocking most of the through. Making the store look messy.

Worst experience ever they think everybody is stealing the store is never stocked every time I come in here I have to maneuver around unstocked items that are just in the way workers are very unprofessional I’m scared to let my girlfriend go by her self it’s a old creepy guy that follow the females around and he is an employee only reason I go to this location is because it’s close by but I will never return to this location they need to shut it down the store and everybody need proper training about how to approach customers instead of just blaming everybody for stealing

The manager of Dollar General is on an extended vacation for three or four weeks after she left it seems that the people quit working, the store is full of boxes and carts and baskets and it’s unacceptable for those and wheelchairs and walkers. I won’t be shopping here till the manager gets back.

They have someone that checks you out that can’t speak or understand English and she is very rude because of it
