We went there last week due to my mom likes to shop on that store…When we checked out I mentioned to the black tall lady at the register that we did not want the boxes and I said it very politely…this bloody lady very rudely turned around and in a very rude way said “We don’t keep the boxes because we don’t know if you will bring them back”…I turned around and asked her when this changed and she did not want to answer my question at all…she continued been rude during all the transaction…I will not make business with this store at all and corporate should now about this due to several reviews regarding this store!!

The person at the checkout counter, super rude, treating customers badly and talking badly about the rest of the DSW staff, I mean Latoya, the tall black lady who is missing some teeth.

We came to pick up toddler shoes and we were waited on by Latoya. When asked if we could take a look at the shoes to see if they were the correct ones before she placed them in the bag, she said in a rude tone, “you can wait until I finish and hand them to you”. After that when we were passed the bag and were taking all of 5 seconds to take a look at the shoes before leaving the counter, she asked us to get out of the way and move aside for the next customer. We told her we wanted to review the shoes quickly. She pointed to the shoe display and said we could go over there and do this. I have not been treated so rudely by someone in quite a long time. I don’t think we will be purchasing anymore shoes with DSW in the future. They obviously aren’t training their staff with any basic customer service skills.

If they don't have it you aren't looking well enough! Some shoes are still pricey though.

When I walk into a store and spend money on your product that I worked all day for and then am told I have to pay for a bag or carry it through the mall free handed like it was stolen property..... I can assure you I won't be back! When I asked what it was about, I was told to save the environment by a young sales rep that wasn't even capable of exceptional customer service. Priorities DSW, priorities!!!!

Manager with glasses is very rude! She is very unprofessional! She tried to argue with me! With customer service like this, this store is doomed! Will probably be closed soon! Will NEVER shop here again!

Tried to return some shoes that ended up being way out of the grace period to do so. The employee and manager I spoke to were so very rude for no reason. All they had to say was sorry we can't it's company policy but instead I got berated. Yall are just workers for a company that most likely treats you as replaceable why take it that seriously? It was embarrassing.

Today was probably the worst experience at the DSW store. I bought shoes for my husband (abt $70) and gave her cash to pay for it. I told her to wait because I have cents to pay with the total. She whispered “I hate that/you,” and gestured no to the cents. Then she left the counter. I realized that she didn’t give me a bag for my shoes and she said the store was bag less?? Uhm, later that day (few hours) I was leaving the mall and saw someone else with a DSW bag for their shoes.
