The people working there are some of the sweetest people I have ever met! All the clothes and jewelry they sell are high quality and super cute! The store over all is an amazing place! Definitely will keep going back!

John and Haley were so friendly and helpful! My friend and I had a very personable, genuine, and positive interaction with them. Size XXL was available for many styles and was easy to find, as everything was well organized and sized. We left smiling, despite spending more money than we set out to, and got a great deal, even so, with the current tote bag promotion! Thanks for making our stop in Savannah a good one!! This spot was great! My boyfriend loves it here. We purchased a ring, a palm stone for him, and a beaded pouch.
We went during the BOGO 50% off sale, so we saved a couple bucks! The cashier was very nice, I didn’t catch their name. Seemed like it was just them on staff.
Great little place to stop just to have some AC and browse their selection of jewelry, clothing, and home decor.

John and Haley were AMAZING!!
They both took their time to help me find the PERFECT gift!
The store has some really cute things for a great price.

I recently purchased two bags from Earthbound while traveling in Savannah, and although one of the straps frayed within a week and became unusable, the customer service I received was outstanding. I called the store and spoke with John, the store manager, who went above and beyond to ensure the item was replaced and that my overall experience was a positive one. Since I live about three hours from the store, returning in person wasn't an option, but John was incredibly kind and helpful. He arranged for a new bag to be sent to me within a week. Thank you so much, John, for all your help! Earthbound, you’ve got a gem of a manager—he deserves a raise!

I absolutely love Earthbound Trading Co. The workers are great and treat everyone with respect and big smiles! I bought a blouse and a Mamasan Kimono robe and of course I bought a cute bag. On our travels everytime I'm in a town that has an Earthbound store I must stop and shop!
