My visit to this location was fantastic and my high quality experience was attributed to its staff. I was helped immediately and told of all the deals going on in the locale by a guy named Austin, super helpful guy! I was impressed to find out he styled the mannequins as well, they weren’t your average retail store display mannequins it really felt like he put effort and a step above what most retail stores would do. Mind you this was a busy weekend and this employee went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome and optimize sales while organizing. 10/10 experience and I felt this person should be shouted out

Been to this earthbound quite a few times and every time is always a joy. I was helped today by Austin, he helped me put together an outfit with their bogo 50% off which was awesome! He also helped me find a good pair of sunnies to top it off, awesome worker and even more amazing staff! Leave satisfied every time with their wide variety of options!

Terribly customer service. My husband and I walked in the store and we were not greeted at all by the guy at the register. It's as of we didn't even exist. When two other people walked in behind us he went above and beyond to greet them and tell them about the sales going on in the store.S He even went to the extebt to twll them if they needed help, let him know.So we decided to leave the store because we did not feel welcomed.its a young man with glasses and a ponytail.very unprofessional

?Oh my goodness! There is the greatest girl *((( Dani)))) who works there who is knowledgeable, kind and so helpful in answering questions and helping you get just what you need. If it weren't for her kind personality I would have bought the one thing I went in for but because she was off the chain sweet and sided my needs in every way possible, I bought way more !!! You must go into this store and feel free to ask questions. Her kindness is like out of this world !!!
Now why can't every other sales associate at the mall be that kind !

Been twice now, and the associate here Austin is amazing. Took time out of the day to help me as much as I needed and had amazing energy. There are several stores with the same likeness around, however I enjoy coming here to the most.
My mother visits also to buy odds and ends for my Down syndrome sister often, and she has amazing things to say about it as well.

Today’s experience visiting the store was one I’ve never had!!! I had the pleasure of meeting Dani at the Ogelthorpe mall location! It’s incredible how my energy can be read, to be used to point me in the right direction of what I was looking for!!! Not only did she understand the assignment even helped me find some rare finds. This is the type of experience I’m looking for when I walk into stores likes this! Pleasant, informative, and accountable!!! I’ll definitely will be back!!
