If I were you I would go to any other store but this one! This Walmart use to be a nice place to shop but now noooo they don't give a hoot about anything the people who work their somedo if your lucky to find one that actually cares will help but most they show up for a pay check and that's it and to basically hangout. The price is high no matter where you go but the for what you get at this store is crazy. I avoid this store like the plague as far as masks are concerned I'm not worried about all that mess. If Sam Walton was still alive this would not be happening China basically owns it now. I don't know who thinks they are stocked with fresh produce you must have went very first thing in the morning because nope and the parking is horrible stay clear nothing is ever where it should be the carts are terrible and look don't buy the meats they wrap if it's been in another part of the store for no telling how long it's put in case and sold buy only what is packaged elsewhere (eat at your own risk)! But by all means go if you dare it's a nightmare

This place sucks ordered a gift from this Walmart online 3 days before Christmas and I get a alert that it was out for shipment at 12:30 at night call the driver they cancelled the order that night at 9:30 go a day later to the store to stand in line for about a half hour to be told you have to call the 1-800 number to someone in Guniua or wherever said she put in a return well Christmas morning I call back and make the person give me the accident number we'll they finally returned my money today I will never shop there unless I absolutely have to,F you Walton's

If I can put one I would! This store judge us because we were black & just stood at the register the police & 2 workers while we were checking out! Very racist establishment! And once we paid for everything they were looking dumb since we didn't steal! Never would go back! Should've sue!

Never again! Purchased an fish tank as a Christmas gift. I was told that it was on sale because of the condition of the box. I opened it to put together so it will be up and operational by Christmas Eve. Missing SEVERAL peace's. Now I have fish, but no working tank to put them in. Went to the store, they had 30 minutes until close. I explained that this was a time sensitive issue. I let them know that I just need to exchange it out ASAP so I have a working tank to put my fish in. This was also a gift that needed to be put together tonight because I am getting on the road tomorrow and wont be here. The two service people lacked any empathy and simply said there was no one that could help me and I would have to come back another day. When I asked for a manager, I was told there was no manager there that could assist me. HORRIBLE customer experience!

Final reason to not shop Walmart anymore. Huge pick up order snafu this evening! At least a dozen other people with the same issue. Delayed order pickup. No specific time to pick up. Finally get a text that it is ready, drive immediately to the store 15 minutes maximum time to arrival. Phones are done to alert to arrival. App is down. Can't alert to arrival. Knock on pickup door, they won't open door. Go inside store, manager won't come out of office and talk to me. Called corporate to get refund and alert to issue. Shopping elsewhere forever.

I'm not upset about the shelves being empty, I'm upset that the cashier put raw ground beef in a bag with my raw vegetables. By the time I rode 30 mins to my home, blood had leaked all over my Vega and the bag. I understand there is a work and supply shortage that is no excuse for cashier not giving a darn! I will no longer be shopping at this store as it put the health of my family at risk!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I paid for free delivery for a year. Stupid. Had I known the quality of this store, I would not have wasted my money. I may 1 out of 6 orders delivered without the store canceling. I have attempted 3 times this morning to co tact a manager. 1call it rang 20 times before phone was picked up and hung up on 4 times. I called the pharmacy and asked them to get me a manager. This store is useless!

I am one to give multiple chances and give a benefit of the doubt. This Walmart by far is the WORSE one I've ever been to or experienced. EVERY time we go to the money center the computers are down. I can go to any other Walmart and this NEVER happens. You order online they Take FOREVER to get you your orders. Curbside is available they say. You get there thats a lie. Two cash registers open. If that. Nine times out of ten they don't take cash. Something is always wrong with the cash dispensers in self check out. You ask a manager for help you wait 30 minutes or they are no where to be found. We drive 30 minutes further just to shop somewhere else and only shop there now unless it's an emergency. This place NEEDS to be reported to this highest corporate possible. If it was a one time problem it would be okay. The frustration of those who shop here is evident. You wait in line behind 14 people at time. One night we waited 40 minutes in one line.after dumping out an entire cart. Went to pay. They didn't take cash. No signs up no nothing. Went to another line waited again 25 minutes the card machine was broken. Only two registers open. We had to walk out with my daughter crying. I've only written three bad reviews in my life but this place needs a total overhaul.

Waaaaay too many shoppers (and my cashier) without masks! No one stopped them from entering nor were they told to wear one. I left and will not return. Friends and family advised as well. Not risking my life because others don't value theirs.

Costumer Service is nonexistent. The woman at the desk provided NO HELP. They were extremely rude and completely ignored me even after I asked to speak to a manager. They went as far as insist they put back my item that I was there to purchase.

This is the WORST PLACE EVER. They do not cater to the customers. The service desk is never open they close it at 7 when people are just getting off work. They never have anything you need. I wish they would just shut down they aren't good for anything

It was the first time I ever step foot in a Walmart Superstore. I was in awe as I was able to get food items along with clothing, and other necessities. It took me awhile to find some items thankfully the workers steered me in the right direction. Since then I have been at other Walmart Supercenter. This by far is one of the better ones.

Asked for price match with the Walmart app, but the cashier somehow didn't do it. Asked for a manager and was first told all managers were gone. Finally I managed to find a manager (whose name is Nelly); she apologized but said nothing could be done tonight, as they've closed all the customer service desks (it's 7:30 pm, and the store won't close until 8:30 pm). Worst experience at a Walmart store! The whole thing is ridiculous.

Lax Security at this WalMart, and the WalMart Security staff onsite don't seem to care about crimes that happen. Two incidents at this store, one involved the theft of $100 by a woman while waiting for change using a bait an switch caught on the security camera, the other involved two young males peeing in the middle of the parking lot while my wife loaded her groceries. Neither were taken seriously by the Security staff. These folks don't even write down what happened and report it up the chain, so the crimes continue and the store remains accepting it as acceptable.
