“Jim is extremely comprehensive, detailed and focused on providing the most high level of service I have experienced. He stays abreast of past, current and planed future software and hardware features and systems to ensure his customers are positioned to receive changes that have minimal or no impact on their own system needs. He ensures that information security is considered in all actions he takes. All in all, the best and most professional technician I have come in contact with in the last forty years.”

“Genuinely the nicest & most understanding people I've had repair a device of mine: I broke my phone screen right before going out of town for a wedding, & they ordered the screen immediately, the delivery ran late through no fault of the shops & they even gave me a discount because of that- and then they still had my phone fixed as soon as the new screen came in!”
