JaDonna is my girl. I don’t even know this lady but on my first visit I went in crying and she comforted me with jokes the whole time. On my second visit, I got her again and she remembered who I was. Very sweet and professional. I love how she builds rapport with her patients.

I took my son for a visit and was told the wrong amount for the copay. I showed the front desk person my insurance card and messages from Included Health stating my copay was $25. Instead I was told I had to pay $150 (my copay for an emergency room visit) and that my insurance would correct this. Today I had to spend time talking with my insurance, who stated that ExperCare would be responsible for the refund. I spoke with billing who was helpful and processed the refund, but I don’t appreciate being charged the wrong amount when showing proof of the amount I should have been charged. This has never happened at any other urgent care visit before or since.

Update oct 28. That front desk girl screwed up my payment too!!! She seriously needs to be fired! She didn't pay attention to anything. Not only did she mess up my file, my insurance and my name. She also messed up my payment. I've been harassed now every day for a week maybe 2 now .About a payment that I already paid. Luckily, some woman in billings helped me.I don't know who that front desk girl is, but she seriously needs to lose her job! And changing 5 star to 1 star after my billings experience weeks later and being harassed about it.
JaDonna my nurse was amazing! I went in there in so much back pain. She greeted us kindly and respectfully. I, on the other hand had a bit of attitude ONLY because I was in so much pain. But she was understanding and caring. She gave me great advice on my high blood pressure that was greatly appreciated. It also changed my mood from the front desk experience of frustration repeating and correcting that person.The doctor was nice too, seen her before. She truly knows whats best for patient treatment plans. The front desk girl was very nice but she didn't listen to anything i said. She didn't pay attention almost spacey. She mixed up my name in my file and had to redo it. I had to keep repeating myself to her about my insurance information as well, she also mixed that up and i had to correct her over and over. JaDonna made me forget i was in pain and frstrated. She truly is fitting for the job. She is AMAZING! So other than the front desk frstrations, its always a great experience. 5 stars.

I was seen very quickly even without having an appointment. Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Extremely pleasant, polite, and professional staff.

I wanted to update my previous review. I recently needed Saturday evaluation and went here having had good experiences in the past. This time, I felt that the provider dismissed my concerns and did not take the time or effort to really understand and evaluate what I was seeking assistance for. May seek another after-hours care facility in the future.

The receptionists were kind and very helpful. You can feel the genuine connection with their patients as they showed respect and knew patients by first name bases. The doctors were knowledgeable and explained my issues in a detailed way i could understand and they were sensitive to my fear of needles and walked me through it with ease. 10 out of 10 experience

ExperCare is open 7 days a week. I’m preparing for a trip and don’t have time to see my PCP but needed a quick visit for a routine prescription. I went in on Sunday, my script was filled an hour later, and I was home packing for my trip with everything I needed. Thanks to ExperCare!
