Very courteous staff however was lead to believe that my rental would be $88 a month, when signing up was told that was a limited time offer, and that it would be negotiated up in 4 months? Should have been told that up front! Seems like I might be paying more than where I’m currently at if so I will be moving again!

We dealt with store manager Ed Lake and he was amazing! Very accommodating and so friendly! He helped us out in a pinch and made our already stressful day easier. Extraspace is lucky to have him. We are also much happier here than our previous storage spot for our boat. Kudos to a good business and Ed!

I've had two units at this facility. It's been easy all around, from getting a unit, having access when needed and making changes. Manager Ed has been super helpful every time I've needed something. Kudos to the good staff!

I like that you can drive up to your storage unit. I don’t like that I have to pay $20 for a lock. When you rent on the phone, make sure you ask for your access code or you’ll have to call the 800 number to get it!
