Just moved in the area, came across this facility online its right down the road from me, an i had the pleasure of working with the lovly Ms.tiffany. When I say this young lady read it out for me from A to Z, any questions I was thinking of she answered while letting me know what was what. She was awesome, sweet, and never missed a beat with nothing. I had a friend who used this facility yrs ago and things wasn't good here, had I stay here then I would of never used this facility. Over the yrs things seem like they have change and I'm glad I ran into Ms. Tiffany, she saved me so much hassle and trouble and I thank her for that sooo very much. You rock‼️ Tiffany keep being the best you can be and giving it your all.

Shoutout to Tiffany , she’s very professional and passion about her job. She’s also a great communicator and listener. Anybody that’s looking for a comfortable and well protected storage, I recommend everyone to become a customer here, Not only that , it has a drive thru and elevator which makes moving easier & a great deal for the first 3 months !! This storage is definitely a 5 Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had very great experience renting a unit, Ms. Tiffany was a great help . She went over and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with my unit and lease agreement. The unit was spacious and smell free . The gates were fully functional and easy to access my experience is a 11/10 ??

The young lady Tiffany is so sweet and professional. I went from having a bad day, too smiling and laughing. Soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and pleasant voice. After speaking with her, I knew I made the right decision with storing my furniture and precious memories with this company.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY. They are great until you have an issue and then they are rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I have so many separate issues I could explain, but all of my stuff is damaged. Temperature must not be kept cool or there is a leak in the facility allowing damp air to get in.

Tiffany! I hope you see this! You made me and my family cry! To go through such a hard time during this hurricane season and every other storage units are over taxing SAFENEST made it happen! You made it happen! This staff specifically Ms Tiffany helped me out and the building didn’t even have internet. She could’ve let me come back another day when internet was up but she was contacting HR department personally from her own cell phone making things happen for me and family to move out on time. It be the little things that matters and people like you! Thank you so much Tiffany. Thank you safe nest!

If I could do negative stars I would. The entire place is a scam. I had items in here for only four months to find all my items covered in mold. Safenest wants me to pay to take my items out and find somewhere else for me to discard the items with no reimbursement. No one is ever at the facility when you do try to come and talk in person , as well as the insecure they request you to get does not even cover majority of problems that can / did occur. DO NOT COME HERE , this is a fare warning to the people.

Tiffany provided outstanding customer service! She is very friendly and knowledgeable about products and services the facility offers. I am most impressed in her ability to maintain complete and professional composure even though she was dealing with a great loss in her life. Tiffany still showed up to work and smiled!! You have an amazing employee and she should be compensated for that alone. Quality employees are hard to find and keep these days.
