Not the best experience overall, particularly with the lady at the front desk, Chrissy. (I believe was her name) Our initial interaction was fine but when I came back due to a miscommunication about picking up the sign, she was very dismissive and rude. I mentioned to her that I was instructed to leave my sign with her due to Fast Signs being the one to install the sign. She tells me I can either pay for the install in full or take it with me. I then tell her that it is myself along with other tenants who planned to split costs at a office space I am leasing out and that these instructions came from my landlord. She then makes the statement “well you all need to figure that out on you alls end, I don’t care who pays it as long as it gets paid, but you can’t leave it here without the install being paid”. Seems like she only really cared about getting the money, not trying to actually understand situation at hand. I then call my landlord back and explain the issue, I hand her the phone and she then proceeds to lie and say that she never told me that I couldn’t leave it. Overall, she’s not honest, dismissive and rude despite me trying to explain the situation.

FASTSIGNS did a great job. They were super easy to deal with. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Billy did a great job addressing any questions that I had. I was highly impressed with the professionalism and quick installation times.

We needed a bunch of water safety signs for a film being shot in the Savannah area. Madison was incredibly helpful, and got our signs made exactly how and when we needed it. We often need custom signs for production purposes, and every time I’m in Savannah I will use this place.

“Fast Signs Savannah GA” I have utilized this establishment twice for my signage needs, and on both occasions, I was disappointed with the service. The manager exhibits a lack of friendliness, particularly when concerns are expressed regarding their service. She becomes dismissive and agitated. Furthermore, my riders were entered into the system incorrectly, and they were also too large for my sign holder, despite my having left the holder with them to ensure a proper fit. I requested to speak with the owner, and she became increasingly disagreeable, which was alarming to experience from a business owner. I would not recommend this establishment to fellow business owners, as they fail to demonstrate a customer-centric approach and do not strive to exceed client satisfaction expectations.

Being the owner of 1 BY 1 LAWN CARE AND LANDSCAPING LLC here in Savannah, GA, I depend on FASTSIGNS for all my signage needs. They are quick, reliable, professional, and do amazing work. They've done 3 trucks and 3 trailers so far for me, and I hope as we continue to grow they will continue to meet our needs. They have always been not only fast, but friendly and efficient. When I send over a design they get it right the first time. As a REALTOR® sometimes I cannot wait and I need the work done correctly and I always need signs. Thanks, you guys are awesome!
