Sloppy customer service. Stood there over 20 mins waiting for someone to scan my package. So I left

FedEx advertised the same day and next day service but said they could not do either. It was not a help at all! Four hours away, and it could have been 4000.

The employees are always friendly and helpful as well as respectful and professional when I am in the store. The place is always very clean and neat.
