Teddy had a condescending attitude and spoke to me as if I was unintelligent. They tried to charge me $18 for getting something printed same day, even though I’ve gotten things printed same day at least 100 times in the past two years and have never been charged for it. Especially as a business owner downtown on Broughton Street who has been using this company for years, this is ridiculous. When I expressed my frustration over the poor customer service, Teddy acted like the victim instead of addressing the issue. Myself and many of my colleagues have had similar negative experiences with this person.

I had sent an important document via email so I could use their print and go service. When I arrived, they were closed, despite it being later than their scheduled opening. Had to scramble at the last minute to find a way to get the doc printed. Don't trust them .

Picked up a package.
Parking in the area is a bit of a pain, but the staff was helpful and I was in about out in 5m. No complaints here.

FedEx is very unreasonable and horrible. I will never ever use FedEx ever again! I won’t recommend FedEx to anybody! I’d rather throw away my stuff than ship it with FedEx!!

Had over 24 hours to print ONE poster. It was not done. When I showed up at my (assumed) pick up time I was told it wasn’t done. And wasn’t going to be done until “sometime” the next day. I needed it before then! I asked if there was anything I could do and was told nope. You’re going to have to wait or we can cancel it. Then I was told. “If it makes you feel better, you are one of over 30 other late orders!” Was never called or email it was going to be late or nothing. And the customer service person could not care less. She even told me. The manager left - with over 30 jobs left undone?! She said yeah. “They don’t really care!”
**UPDATE - I even called FedEx Office Customer Service and i haven’t even gotten so much as an apology. They TRULY don’t care! **

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this FedEx location. The employee I dealt with was unhelpful, dismissive, and downright rude. I came in seeking assistance with locating my package, which was supposed to be at this location. Instead of offering any help, the worker treated me as if I were stupid for even asking. Their attitude was condescending, and they made no effort to resolve the issue or provide guidance.
As a customer, I expect a basic level of respect and support, especially when dealing with something as important as a missing package. This experience has made me question using FedEx in the future. I hope management addresses this behavior so others don’t face the same treatment.

No Wonder you have 3 stars. The second I walked in I knew the customer service was going to be garbage. As it was. Not a word was said, but 3 employees just talking. Then the lady looked inconvenienced to ask what I need. I asked for a passport photo. She comes up with “the camera is down.” And just stares at me. What an awful experience. If you aren’t going to get it fixed then post online that it is broken. Doesn’t seem like there is initiative to get it fixed as that would be my priority if I was the owner or manager. Lousy service.

Gabe was so patient and courteous! He helped me through a trimly shipping issue and was able to relay all of the information to my friends. I can’t recommend him enough! If not for him, we would have been scrambling all day to get answers.

Came in 10 minutes before closing time and lady greeted me with “we’re closing in 10 minutes” not hi or how can I help you.
Fiddled around with the machine for 7 minutes until I realized it could only print normal printing paper and not card stock. Asked if I could print card stock and she let me know that I could only print behind the counter which she would not let me do because the store closed in 2 minutes. Bear in mind I had literally 4 copies of a PDF to print.
Absolutely ridiculous customer service to not allow someone to stay in the store 2 extra minutes after closing. Also could have been avoided if she had just asked me how she could help when I entered.

Gabby is a sweetheart! I had to call multiple times for help placing an urgent poster order for a party and she was more than helpful and patient. Order came out great.

To be completely honest, I rarely leave reviews unless the experience is exceptional or very poor. Initially, I was inclined to leave a one-star review, but due to the exemplary service provided by the manager, Gabe/Gabriel, I decided to leave two stars. He was amazing and resolved the issue after his belligerent colleague nearly lost my business, and potentially that of many others.
As a local who loves Savannah and its hospitality, I was shocked by the treatment I received today at the FedEx store. What should have been a simple request for a tracking number escalated into an argument, with a rude and disrespectful attitude from the staff member. I am unsure what warranted such disrespect, especially as a frequent customer.
I highly suggest visiting another store for the following reasons:
1. If any issues arise with your package, you will need proper assistance.
2. Mailing is not an easy or enjoyable task, and a supportive team is essential.
Be cautious about who you are shipping with. I advise AVOIDING the young African American male named Dwayne Carter Jr. Instead, seek assistance from a manager or someone with higher authority when shipping something important.
