My sister and I came in this location after 6pm on yesterday to print off some documents.We were NOT greeted at all by the 2 employees when we walked in.Strike One..We get to the print kiosk and there’s instructions all over the place. So after trying to figure it out on our own, I walk over to the young man (who’s demeanor was as if I was bothering him) and ask how to work the kiosk. He tells me to “just scan the code”. I go BACK to the kiosk to scan the code and it STILL doesn’t give me the retrieval code to print. I go to the lady employee next because again the male employee acted like he didn’t want to help,and she tells me that you have to log onto their Wi-Fi for it to work.THAT STILL DIDNT WORK!! Eventually the lady employee comes over to help us and guide us through, but by this time me and my sister are both getting frustrated because all of this could have been avoided had someone came from behind the counter and actually assist us the first time we asked for help!! After all nobody was in there but us! Im pretty tech savvy but if you see someone having problems with something get up and help.As someone who has over 10+ years in customer service it just bothers me when employees act like it’s a hassle to do their job!!! No one even said have a nice day or anything when we walked out! To me that tells me you don’t give a damn!

I am a photography enthusiast. On the boat to Ft. Sumter, I realize an issue that later proved gobe a total failure, requiring service repair.Our closest spot to ship is the Savannah FedEx Office at 5 W Broughton, Savannah, GA.I used them to print the in-take sheet, copy the document, do some Office tasks... and a casual, young (compared to me) man named Dwayne packs my precious camera sendinf it for repair.I was tense, and watched maybe a bit too intently. He did a skillful job. Packed as well as I would have. He even taped down the body cap to keep dust out.Later, we end up getting it back at the same spot. Zomeone else helped us, but Dwayne was there, like he never left for 3 weeks.Champion level service in my honest opinion. Six stars, if it was allowed.Still need to find out how to thank him through FedEx directly. He definitely earned it.

This place is 0/3 in being able to ship my stuff when I show up with a shipping label and something that needs to be shipped. On three separate occasions they’ve had their computers go down so that they couldn’t accept or “scan in” my packages. It’s ridiculous, their only advice is to “come back later”. But really I just have to drive 30 min cross town to the fedex place that can actually ship things. I live across the bridge in SC and am already driving 20 min to come to this location.

I currently have had a package stuck in limbo for over 3 weeks because of this location not accepting lithium batteries. Why would you accept this as a delivery location if you can't accept it? It's now been almost a month since the package has shipped and still not able to pick it up

Absolutely inraged with this company, we had a letter come in from them that was a large check to fix my husbands phone, that they sat in a chair, knowing that it was going to rain that day, which was 8/11/23, and now the check is completely ruined because the driver was to incompetent to put the letter in the door. Absolutely disappointed because now the check is useless. Thanks FedEx, train your drivers better because this is absolutely unacceptable.

Never, never, never use this place. I placed and paid for an order online. I was told a couple hours later it was ready. Everything about it was wrong and they wouldn't refund what I'd paid. You will wait forever. Your order will be incorrect. You will be charged more than you thought, which can't be refunded. And the employees are terrible. Employee Dwayne is particularly rude and unhelpful.

The worst customer service. The 3 workers acknowledged I was there yet continued a conversation between themselves about their weekend. Finally when I was helped it was with an attitude. He never even spoke to me. He was so distracted by everything around him that my simple drop off took 15 minutes. What has happened to good customer service?

Received exceptional service from Gabe. He was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. I had several packages to pick up.... He helped me load my cart and even assisted me out the store. Couldn't be happier with how I was treated

On my wedding day, we realized we were missing three place cards for our reception. I tried to do an online order for the three small files, but couldn't figure out how to do it correctly, so I submitted it wrong. I called the store, and the staff member I spoke to saved the day. She was so kind, told me I had made a small mistake, and completely took care of it. She even left me a beautiful note on the print order!We also had our seating chart printed here and it came out perfectly. Thank you FedEx!!

I’m really in shock of how rude and unhelpful this store Manager was. I felt taken advantage of, as Gabe, the store Manager allowed my service and experience to be awful. He was very unhelpful, mouthy and rude. Please choose another fedex if you need support. The other 2 employees were kind during my transactions.

To whom it may concern,Please ensure you publicly acknowledge and increase their pay for your employees Brooke and Gabe at FedEx Office | Store #2049 | 5 W Broughton Street, Ste B, Savannah, GA 31401-3366 | I ran into a situation where the I created an online order, was to have it locally delivered, but the third party you use to deliver local deliveries lied twice to your employees regarding drop off. Needless to say I would rather highlight how Brooke and Gabe both took the time to keep communication lines open and offered a solution to an otherwise unpleasant order fulfillment. This type of "true" customer service is rate now a days and should be commended as this is the only reason why customers will stay with companies are because of people like this who represent your brand! Thank you to Brooke and Gabe! You are much appreciated!!!

Must see Jonathan! After working a 12 hour day my boss informed me to ship an item after work. Exhausted I stopped by the closest FedEx to my home (I knew this was a shipping center). I needed the box, shipping paper, etc. Too tired to stop and buy a box, packaging paper before going into FedEx. I came with just the item that needed to be shipped. Jonathan, with excellent customer service, immediately came to my rescue. Picked the box, folded it, took my item placed it the box and gave me some free brown paper protection and placed neatly inside. I didn’t lift a finger except to pay of course. Before you know it I was out in under 10 minutes! Will recommend to others to go to this FedEx location!!
