I have had 2 occasions to print and mail this week and the FedEx employees really helped me out!! Thank you to the gentleman who helped me send the Giant Panda Banner, and to Sim, who helped me out with some very last minute printing. Really appreciate you!

You're going to need to know how to work their equipment. They act like everybody already knows how to do this. And then when you get into the building you can't connect to their equipment because they're roof is so thick it blocks your cell phone signal.

This is the place to get things done. Lucas and Albert were consummate professionals who very effectively help customers with cool heads and efficiency. As a former Kinko's employee prior to the Fedex acquisition, the service team at this location is worthy of great commendations.

We had to drive here from Hilton Head because the other Fed Ex store on Broughton’s camera wasn’t working for passport pictures and this was the closest place to get them to where we live. We came in just before close on a Friday and had our pictures taken, but the camera batteries died as they were about to print our pictures. Albert was extremely kind and stayed past close to wait for the batteries to charge enough so that he could print our pictures. We recently got permanent custody of our nephew and are finally able to get him a passport, so we decided to take him on a cruise over spring break, but after delays getting his social security card (Social Security will not be getting a 5⭐️ review), we are right down to the wire on getting our passports in time. Thanks to Albert and his kindness, we should be able to get our passports on time. THANK YOU ALBERT!

I came to this location 01/05/2025 I got there at 12:00 and there was already a lady standing out front waiting. They finally opened up the store about 10 after. One lady working. The lady in front of me of course went first because she was outside waiting first and so the girl sent her to the side and said write all this out because my printer is warming up and I can't do it to the printer warms up so you just have to stand and write all of those out. Then she sent me to the side said I had to email the return slip which I was like okay then she helped the black lady after me before she finished with me. . I got the code and waited for her to finish with her. Then when I showed her the code on my phone she says no no you have to write it down and then she helped the next black lady. In that black lady noticed what she was doing just like the rest of us did and she said thank you for doing what you're doing and helping (US) out and making them wait you're doing what you're supposed to do by helping( US).. Yes it was also a black lady behind the counter treatment was terrible if your Jewish like me. It's sad because my DAUGHTER is black and my parents raised me to love everyone so when I get treated bad when me and my family are the good guys. It just makes me sad. The world is so divided when we should be working together and people don't realize that. I hope I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Not a lot of staff so slow going. However once Christian waited on me , I felt like I was the the only person that mattered.
I really have never had a bad experience at this property, but I feel Christian’s attitude and professionalism made this visit well worth it the drive!

Came to FedEx to print 150 programs for a funeral! It took a long time for us to line it up in the computer! I had to go to the bathroom to urinate! I saw a bathroom in the back! The attendant/Manager said can I help you, I said I needed to use the restroom! He abruptly said we don’t have one! You can go to BestBuy which was across the lot into another plaza! His tone was nasty and I felt bad! I did finally walk out the store across to the other plaza! Came back to finish the printing! I Will Never Set My Foot In This Store Ever Again!!!!!! Customer Service is Terrible!!! If I could give a zero I would!!! I recommend you not going there!!!!!

This location is the worst I have ever seen! Every time I send documents to be printed they are either wrong or not ready when I go to pick them up. Employees are always standing around, yet there is a line all the time. Product quality is horrible in customer service is even worse. I will no longer submit anything to this location to be printed.

I want to say Johnathan R. Was the absolute best when it came to customer service . He went above and beyond to help my family with last minute needs! He deserves the a raise and what ever else he asks for ! Thank you soo much !
