They need to shut this location completely down, and start from scratch. I spent over two hours at this location trying to track a package that has not yet been delivered to me. The staff is incompetent, and could care less. No telling how much they cost businesses who use them.

Small and tight for a semi just enough room to do what you have to do one way in and out so semi drivers have a know how before you pull in.
