They need to shut this location completely down, and start from scratch. I spent over two hours at this location trying to track a package that has not yet been delivered to me. The staff is incompetent, and could care less. No telling how much they cost businesses who use them.

Had 2 packages come through this location that went missing. One of them says it was delivered to an S Knowlton in Rincon, GA. Either it was a mistake or S Knowlton is stealing packages.

This center mishandled my package. My FFL went to both their ground and air locations and still cannot find the package. Each place blaming the other one had it. Ended my package got sent back to the shipper despite I spent over an hour on phone with customer service to have it hold here for pick up.
