They need to shut this location completely down, and start from scratch. I spent over two hours at this location trying to track a package that has not yet been delivered to me. The staff is incompetent, and could care less. No telling how much they cost businesses who use them.

Package has been “out for delivery” for over 11 days. No one can seem to find it. Opened an investigation last week , and still no updates.

This is the fourth time in the last 3 months that my package has made it to Pooler and then sits there for 2 to 3 days. I don't understand. FedEx used to be five stars every time.
