I regret to say that my experience with Ferrellgas has been disappointing. I was excited to start a new service with them, expecting a positive relationship, but unfortunately, they failed to deliver on their part.
While the customer service representative I spoke with tried her best to assist me, it was clear that the company does not empower its team to resolve customer issues effectively. Even more concerning, there appears to be no escalation process or protocols in place to address unresolved concerns, leaving customers without any viable path to resolution.
I hope the leadership at Ferrellgas takes this feedback to heart and reevaluates their processes. A stronger focus on customer service, along with better tools for their team to address issues, would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction. Until then, I cannot recommend their service.

Managed to escape AmeriGas Propane & purchase propane from Ferrell Gas.
Ferrell gas is a much better company. Ferrell Gas is Honorable! As a customer you can actually speak with a service Rep. here in America & experience a pleasant delivery gentleman. What an improvement!

I terminated my service with Ferrellgas in October 2023 and requested they pick up their tank. I've called 3 more times since. It's now 4 months later and the tank is still on my property. Poor customer service is why I left them in the first place.

They give the term "poor service" a new definition, no stars, I purchased a home that has propane, wanted the tank moved, called them 3 times when I got someone to talk to after being on hold for 30 minutes they said they would call back with a date, each time, no word. I am going to have Suburban come in and install their service and I will have the Ferrell tank taken to the street.

I don't even do business with this company yet. Called to have an estimate, and was given a FOUR hour window (1-5). Called about 20 mins before the window was going to close, and explained I haven't seen or heard from anyone. The lady at the 800 number told me she was going to call and see what was going on. Said she would call me back. This was around 4:40. By 5:15 I hadn't heard anything back so I went to call the 800 number again only to find out they closed at 5. I find it extremely ridiculous that they can not make it within a 4 hour window for a potential new customer, or be bothered to follow up on complaints. I have never seen such a horribly run business. It is now 5:30, and still no sign of a driver, or word about status. If this is how things are done I believe I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do as well.

It took 11 DAYS waiting to get a tank filled for a 94 y/o widow who was out of gas in the coldest weather in years. We were told when we placed the order that it would be 1-5 days wait to get propane. Snowy weather kept the trucks off the road for two days and we patiently waited expecting a slight delay. After nearly two weeks they finally showed up this afternoon to fill the tank. I would not recommend these people and if they didn't have us over a barrel with this "their tank their gas policy", and the cost of replacing their tank with a with a competitor's, we would be long gone.
