I went there 6 times for the same reason (no air conditioning) I was told it was a refrigerant leak the whole time except the last time which they said it was a relay burning up. I was told that they could not figure it out and I should take it somewhere else. I and everyone I know will never go back to this shop again. I have also been waiting 4 days for receipt to show what was done. I was told they could not give me a receipt and they would email it later….nothing. Keep your gift card.

I really had bad experience in both places it in savannah, this one have to go 3 times back to the shop because they couldn't ever did the alignment right, and still they couldn't do it. The 3rd time they said something was wrong with my car but before that they never said anything. They don't know know what are they doing. Would never recommend this place.

I took my car in to Firestone on Skidaway Road in Savannah, GA about a month ago for an alignment. While I was gone the tech found a different issue. When I got back he described in detail what he saw, what his theory was, and that he went through a Total and Complete process of elimination to support his theory.
He described each and every step of his process. I was US Army trained for Chinook helicopter repair. The quality of work impressed me like something I don't see every day. He met standards most people don't shoot for. I left there confident I had the right answers. Thank You Very Much!!!

It was great! Everyone is super friendly despite being overbooked and they worked as hard and fast as they could to get my car done in time. But my husband and I are self employed and have the luxury of waiting it out at home. But the onsite staff and mechanics at this location are amazing!

Leaving from getting an oil change. The check engine light came on. Got to destination and went to crank car ans it wouldn't start, popped hood and nothing was put back together as you see in the pics. Called the office they said well bring it back and we'll cut the check engine light off since it's put back together.....never again.

Compared to other firestones that I have been at across america, this one's a little bit dumpy. But they got my car in right away for an oil change and that's what I needed. So... maybe i am impatient, but an hour and a half for a simple oil change is SLOW. At home, without the benefit of a car lift, I change my own oil/filter with a floor jack and jackstands in about 40 minutes start to finish... it's not complicated.

I’ve been coming to this Firestone since I was 18 years old & I’m 28 now I’ve seen many faces come & go but one thing has ALWAYS remained consistent anytime my car or tires needed any repairs they would call me before ANY labor was done after inspecting what was requested, I was in this store a few days ago payed to have my battery inspected no problem but today I needed a new tire & I was charged because they put on a tire before inspecting it & it was bent. It’s not about paying a measly $23 it’s the fact that I had to pay it because of INCOMPETENCE & LAZINESS, this is the first time I was never contacted prior to any work being done & it was a waste because they didn’t inspect the rim which is the first thing you do before put a tire on. I don’t care for all the attitude I was receiving because of stupidity these people Will come & go but I will never come back to this Firestone ever again.

I scheduled an appointment with Brian for my lifetime alignment service. I have a lifetime alignment with Tires Plus, and since Firestone is their sister company, I expected the service to be honored.
However, Brian said he couldn’t find me in the system. I explained that I typically go to Tires Plus, but instead of verifying it himself, he told me I had to call Tires Plus and have them fax my alignment paperwork to Firestone.
I travel for work, and when I previously visited a Firestone in California, they simply made a quick call to verify my service—no hassle. It’s frustrating that Brian refuses to take this small extra step and is instead pushing the responsibility onto me, the customer. This lack of effort and unwillingness to assist is both unprofessional and rude. I decided to cancel my appointment with them. I figured the whole would be a hassle .

I would give zero stars. Came in a few weeks ago for oil change, fluids, etc and also new wipers. I paid for all of this. What I got was just an oil change. Left for a road trip a day later to find out the $50+ I spent on the new wipers had never been replaced. I knew this because of course it rained and my wipers were the same old ones I had one. Also the wiper fluid light came on during this same trip so they didn’t check that either. Wondering if they even did any of the other checks that were in the checklist they sent to me. When I came into the store it was like no big deal to the lady at the counter. Assuming this is a regular occurrence here. I will definitely not return to this store again. Taking my time to come and get the service done that should have done the first time and I don’t get a refund. Total crap. Don’t use this business if you want the work done right the first time. Total scammers trying to pocket some extra money off of me.
