The customer service staff at the front desk were warm and welcoming. The ladies were knowledgeable and gave realistic timelines and expectations. My car was fixed within the quoted time and price. The online system's availability did not match the actual schedule, which is why there are 4 stars instead of 5. The two systems must talk to each other to diminish customer and employee tension. I highly recommend the Abercorn store and will be back with any other vehicle needs. When my car was having issues starting, the staff at Firestone, particularly Jackie, were extremely helpful. Even though they were booked, Jackie performed diagnostics and gave me a jump to help me get by. She showed compassion, offered me water, and went above and beyond to assist me, despite not being able to work on my car. I'm grateful for Jackie's kindness and the great service at Firestone. Firestone Complete Auto Care offers great, fast, and easy service with minimal wait times. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, creating a great atmosphere. Jackie, in particular, stood out for her excellent customer service, caring for my children and ensuring my time there was well-spent. During our vacation, we had a flat tire and went to Firestone. Even though they were extremely busy on Easter weekend, they still fit us in to fix the flat. We were very impressed with the manager, Laura, who provided exceptional customer service.
