I brought my truck my truck in to get the AC compressor fixed. They had it for a week and said it was fixed. I paid the bill and tried to use my AC later that week and it was not working. I called to set up an appointment and they said they wouldn’t be able to fit me in for a week. I brought it in a week later and they still have not fixed it. I have to wait another week again. I don’t think this is good business. I have already paid for a service that was not fulfilled. I should’ve been fit in a soon as possible because I already paid for the service that was not completed. I shouldn’t have to wait this long. Firestone should work with my schedule because, once again, I paid for a service that was not completed. I deserve some compensation.

Took 2.5 hours for an oil change. Lady at the counter said that she had to make another technician fix a persons car that had come in 30 minutes after I had. Only positive thing was she didn't charge me for to fix a screw I had in my tire. Don't waste your time like i did. My time was not valued and neither will yoirs

8am appointment. Was told it would be less than an hour so I waited. Its 10:05am and they are just now getting my car onto the rack.
Very upset that I paid for the lifetime alignment service.

Long rant alert🚨Do NOT go to Firestone on Abercorn... I'm not usually ever a person to post bad reviews or bash a business, because I realize we are all human and have off days. But this is a series of events that frankly show a pattern of laziness, lack of care, and lack of accountability. And I think all of you hard-working people deserve to know what you're getting yourself into when working with a chain company like this. Here's what happened:
I had an appointment to get my brakes done several weeks ago. At that appointment, they told me I only needed rear brakes (which I questioned because none of my brakes had been done in quite some time). They were very busy, and I had a feeling they were just telling me that so they could have less work to do, but at the same time, tried to trust that they were the experts. 4 hours later, I left the shop and I was feeling a pulsing in my brakes, so I drove straight back to the shop and told them something wasn't right. They put my car back on the lift, and at that point told me that, actually, I did need my front brakes done after all, but that I would need to make an appointment for a different day. So I booked the appointment and went back for the front brakes. When I got there, they told me it would be another 3-4 hours but that I should have my car done by 3. So I had someone come pick me up. 2:30 rolled around, and I hadn't heard anything from them, so I called to see what was going on. Apparently, they had to special order my brake pads (why wasn't this done when I booked the appointment 2 weeks earlier?), and when they arrived, the mechanic that was working on my car was at lunch. So the associate I spoke to said it should be done by 3:30 at the latest. I got back to the shop at 3:30, and my car was still up on the lift, wheels off, no one working on it. They told me I needed to wait another hour. By that point, I'm already pretty upset because of all the run-around, but what could I do? Well, the next day, my car starts going off with all these warnings and dash lights (ABS, Power Steering, and Stabilitrak). I may be a woman, but my dad was a mechanic and I know a little bit about cars, so I know with some certainty that's either the front left wheel bearing or the sensor right near it. I've never had any issues until after they did my front brakes (which are right next to the bearing) So, I call Firestone and explain the situation. They agreed to "look at it" and set up an appointment for today. Well, the more I thought about it, I figured I should call before I go in, and voice my concerns about 1) timing (because I have to work and can't be there all day), and 2) that they'll take responsibility for any faulty work and fix what they messed up without trying to charge me for it. Well, the manager picked up and tried to put me on hold because she was on the phone with a vendor (her words), and then she proceeded to tell me that the work they did was not related to the wheel bearing, already denying any possible fault. Now, is there a chance it's not because of them? Sure. But I highly doubt that, given the timing, circumstances, and lack of work ethic on their part. At this point, I don't trust them to be honest and admit if it was their fault, if it was. I'm not even sure I want them to touch my car again, and I don't have the time to keep taking off of work and sit there all day, or the money to keep paying for things they mess up. I just wanted to warn everyone else because it's already hard enough to get by in this world, much less having to deal with crooks and lazy people who won't do work right or take responsibility when they mess up.

I'm really disappointed, I made an appointment for a day during the week. Got out of work early just to do an alignment. I got to the place, and they told me it was 3 hours waiting. 🤦🏻♂️ them later, I made another appointment, and after I had already made the appointment, they called me back saying they couldn't work in my car. Firestone people need to check this place up. They will lose a lot of customers like this. Just don't waste your time coming to these places.

A few days ago I called ahead to get a oil change and also get new battery. When I got there lady said it's $80 for oil change cause my car has over 100 thousand miles and that I couldn't get a cheaper oil. I've been coming to this location for over 5 hrs and I always get the basic oil change. So I left and went across the street to AutoZone and got my battery change and also went to Take 5 and got my oil change.

Overall satisfied. I do wish that the Mechanic could solely concentrate on his work and not have to perform other tasks in between, just makes me worried that things can get overlooked.

Every service is always a 1-3 week wait. I feel like you're not buying a set of tires, they don't care. Online appointments aren't really appointments and then entire online scheduling system is worthless.

Made an appointment. Drove an hour to get new tires. Out of stock… a tire shop out of stock on tires… No call or nothing to let me know. Complete waste of my time. I drove an hour because I like Firestone. Won’t come back.

I hate to say this but, my experience at Firestone wasn’t so great….customers service id say good. Laura and Jackie did the best they can. But I’m still stuck with a check engine light on as of today ! I’ve been back and forth for at least a month and a half …. Recent visit for a thermostat and sensor. Had it replaced twice …. After last visit , day later check engine light comes back on again ….. went to get it coded …. It’s the same thermostat issue….. sooo I’m not understanding!!!!
It’s was once I didn’t have my car for like a week due to a issue
But like I said customer service was good. But my service on my vehicle apparently not so good …. I’m not sure if I would be continuing my service with Firestone ….. very disappointing I want to get a lawyer involved….. but I digress….. thanks Firestone. But no thanks

I called a few days before to make an appointment to change the oil on one of the company's trucks and it was confirmed. When I arrived on the day of the appointment, they told me that they didn't have any registered and they made me wait +5 hours. This is unacceptable since if we have an appointment in advance, why can't they honor it? Making an appointment online is not feasible because they never confirm them.

I brought my truck in for an alignment, and the steering wheel is off-center and pulling to the left after they did the alignment.

Had appointment scheduled for this morning. I dropped the vehicle off yesterday around 11 AM. They said they will look at my vehicle Friday morning. No one has called or email or anything still in the same spot.
