Have tried to call three times to inquire as to rates and renewal of my CD. have not received a call back nor even an e-mail from Brandi whom I have left two phone messages. Also noticed that if I cannot get a user name and sign on to monitor my CD accounts because "they are not regular accounts " per Markus. Yes, they might pay a better rate than most banks but the service leaves MUCH to be desired! I guess I must be a small investor (+50K ) in their list of clients.

Recently visited this location and was so surprised by their customer service skills! Good customer service is so hard to come by these days but good to know First Chatham Bank has us covered!

From the first time I walked in nothing but smiles . The teller's to the bank officers got to say ,they handled me well. They answered all my questions, explaining them in detail. Very helpful. !!! James

I went to this location to open a business account. I was told someone would be with me shortly and to have a seat. I waited almost 45 minutes and did not receive any service. There wasn't a single other customer in the building. Waste of time.

I absolutely love this bank!!! Every location I've been to has the nicest, most helpful staff I've ever encountered!! The other day, I got a notification that someone in New Jersey had tried to run my card twice at a gambling place which of course was denied. I don't live in New Jersey. My debit card got locked down and I had to get a new one. Sounds like a nightmare right? But it wasn't! From the sweet lady in the fraud dept to the local branch I went to for my card replacement, everyone was super understanding and respectful. Thank you FCB for being so awesome!!!!
