“Beautiful flowers, great price. Only issue is the flowers received didn’t look like how the same picture does. Photo looks more full(maybe this is bc of the vase swap? Not sure). (Ignore the vase not matching, that was a request of mine) Also the pick up time was 5pm. They close at 5pm. Not sure why you’d allow that time to pickup if you’re going to be closed. When called to ask about it, the service lady seemed to be quite upset she would have to wait for us to come get them at 5pm, when the pickup time was 5pm.”
