I love this store but I'm so disappointed. Yesterday me and my husband and 15 month old went and we had our tiny little buggy with our son and his diaper bag in it cause we forgot his stroller, and this short girl with glasses, light skin comes up to us, I assumed she was gonna say hey to my son but instead says your buggy is too big you can't be in here .. keep in mind we went in there multiple times yesterday cause I was trying to make a decision on if I wanted a dress from there or not, and several ppl with bigger buggies, strollers and literally people bigger than our buggy were in there and she said nothing to them and no one else said anything. So we left. I wanted to snap i wanted to talk to management but instead I just left so my son didn't have to hear it. I've never been so angry and confused in my life. That is not good customer service whatsoever and we did absolutely nothing wrong.

Fitting room closed. Might as well order clothes online and try in the comfort of my home. Apparently, as per other reviews, the fitting rooms are usually closed. Can’t imagine going to a physical store and buying clothing without trying it on first.

Very rude employees who talk bad about customers. They talk so loud from across the store. Just terrible and very bad image for the store. Definitely won’t be going back because of how rude the employees were.

Terrible. The store isn't the problem, it's the employees. I have no idea who runs this store but the girls that work there are terrible. The fitting rooms are NEVER open, I mean 99% of the time. Ontop of that, they don't let you return anything...literally the list of stuff they actually let you take back is SMALL. If I can't try it on and I can't return either, I'm not wasting my time and money. The fitting room attendant is always standing behind the counter talking to the girl who works the register and when I asked for a fitting room the girl tells the one at the register that she closed them for the day. It was 4:30 in the afternoon on a friday and the mall didn't close until 8. I would spend way more money here if I could just try my clothes on in the store to make sure my sizes will fit. They have the worst customer service & always blame the store manager. I'm not sure who that is but coming from someone who works retail management, they need to rethink how they run their store.

Dressing rooms are still closed and bathing suits are final sale. If you pay with cash you must have correct change or round up. Really?? How is this store in business??
