This was my first time ever being at the Goodwill in Berwick. I was fine until it was time for me to check out. I had just a few items with me and the cashier (tall black male) asked if i would like a bag. I refused because i had no problem carrying my things. He proceeds to ask if i would like to round up my total for a charity. I refused. (as a customer, this is my right). I asked the cashier if they had military discount for veterans. He said yes, and I showed him my military ID. I pay for my things, give a polite “thank you” and grab the items i had purchased. As i’m walking towards the door. this young man yells loudly, “ Ooohh SHE’S STEALING, SHE STEALING!” Everyone in the store could hear him and he was definitely able to gather everyone’s attention based off his foolishness. I laughed the matter off and told him to have a good day. As a black women, as a black women in the Armed Forces at that, I felt humiliated. I’m 23 years old and this has never happened to me before in public.. He may have thought it was a joke, but in today’s society that is not something to play around with. @The manager of Goodwill in Berwick. Please Please communicate with your associates the proper way to “joke” with customers.

This is my favorite store to shop at! Brooke does an amazing job with her branch and her staff are all incredible, especially Christian. I've never met someone who is so dedicated to his job, and has such a strong work ethic. You can tell he genuinely loves his job and the patrons. He always brings a big smile to my face whenever I see him working. He is one of the best employees, his personality is as big as his heart!!

Normally I really like Goodwill and hadn’t been to this location. The employees were yelling at each other and didn’t seem interested in being helpful, even a bit hostile to me as a paying customer that needed assistance. Maybe the employees had a bad day. But it was a very uncomfortable awkward experience. I will not be shopping or donating to this location in the future.

1. This store is messy and disorganized. Especially their toys/puzzles section.
2. I purchased 4 puzzles. I noticed that a couple of the puzzles were priced for $3.99 and others were priced for $4.99 and up. Two of the SAME puzzles were priced differently. I asked the cashier why was the prices marked the way that they were when it's the same EXACT puzzle. She then went back to the manager and the manager adjusted the price and increased it to the other prices as the other puzzles because she said that it was incorrectly priced. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. I told the manager that you have to sell the puzzle for what it is already priced on the floor that you shouldn't increase the price. At least that's the way that it is where I'm from. I was actually being honest and had I not told them about their pricing then they would have lost money. She did eventually change the puzzle prices and I was able to get them for a dollar cheaper, but not without her being hostile and rude.
3. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because the cashier was nice to me.
**It's got my fault that she claims that the puzzles were incorrectly priced. That's a mistake on their part and to have the audacity to increase the price?!**

Just left laughing because several items with original price tags we marked five times original price, as we were talking about it and showing the manager literally we were told that once an item is priced that’s the price. Broken items for 6.00-10.00 and items several items brand new from Walmart that were plastic for 1.50 marked for 3.99 and 4.99 this is ridiculous!!!!! Goodwill is going to end up being a Netflix documentary and I will be here for it! Customer service, the store, the inventory, all of it is trash!!!

Goodwill across the country has lost their ever-lovin minds… at this location, hanging up in the men’s section were 3 separate Hanes men’s ribbed tanks (like the ones you buy in the plastic pack of three) and they were $3.99 EACH!

This location is small and don't have much in it and they need to be ashamed with the pricing I wish I could have shared the price it was a pair of new short from walmart price at 3 dollars goodwill price them at a higher price that's so freaking sad

Been to several stores around Sav but never found anything worth mentioning. If anything good possibly sold online. Other states/cities had much better luck.

The first Goodwill in Georgia I can express I enjoyed. Great selection of books which made my heart sing. It was nice that the employee walked up to me directly to let me know they were closing soon. That was a nice touch. Thanks for having a clean store too.
