I’m frequently at this location, normally getting odds and ends. But this day I was actually going through the clothing and found something very disturbing. I saw a rest in peace shirt with a man’s face his birthdate, and Date of his passing. It was on sale for $2.49. This is not only disrespectful to the family, but also to this young man who lost his life. Everything that is donated doesn’t need to be sold. My question is, Is Goodwill hurting that bad that you have to put dignity and respect aside for a dollar? This needs to be taken off the shelves immediately.

While out getting dinner I spotted this goodwill. Time I stepped in the store it had a bad smell. Did a quick look around. I must say the place could use a GOOD CLEANING.

It's been about a month so far I've been going here and I can't stay for more than 10 minutes max. The smell of backed up sewage is unbearable and I always leave with a headache. I feel sorry for the employees who have to deal with this for their full shift.

Love donating here! Easy to drop off items in the back.

I used to come here faithfully around 3 times per week. They recently changed around the whole store and there are no signs telling you exactly where everything is. They could at least have a “womens” and “mens” sign to direct customers where to go especially since the store has changed. What I’m disappointed in mostly is the men’s section. They literally mix little boy/youth tshirts in together and it’s a mess. This was the main reason I went to only this location because they had tonsssss of mens tshirts organized and fairly priced. I won’t be returning here in the future.

Thanks goodwill at Kroger, for employing kind and helpful young checkout people, like Ms. Ariana. Music there WAS NOT LOUD, Thankyou. This location has been the only one that knows what a T-shirt is and prices reflect this. I always find a treasure here, and mostly, prices are reasonable. Like every Goodwill, sometimes prices are too high for the item. When you receive competent service it’s easier to overlook over pricing. Richmond Hill location is another great store with excellent service and items. Thanks

People donate and this location leaves donations outside, uncovered. Stay away if you want your donations put to good use

The young man in the back today is extremely RUDE! The older man was nice and very helpful but the young man was extremely rude and unhelpful. I know he wants to go home but he was being disrespectful to the old man that was polite and actually doing something by helping me.

There use to be an older white man that worked here, and he was great. Recently I haven't seen him, and since this location sucks. All of goodwill prices have gotten horrible lately, but brand new items with the orginal tags for $9.98, goodwill priced $9.99. Items with a lot of wear and tear $30. Shirts fill of holes $5.99. The bathroom is ALWAYS disgusting. Went in today, was gonna use the bathroom, it's covered in urine trash cans over flowing, empty toilet paper rolls everywhere. I just walked right back out and didn't shop. Last time I was here there was a homeless woman with her dog, and her dog was just running around barking at people. No employees spoke up. It always stinks in here. This location as a whole needs to do better.

I am giving a one star because when I was checked out the gentleman didn't even look at me. He did not greet me or acknowledge my existence.. he was on the phone the entire time... The whole process was rude and unprofessional and extremely degrading to any sort of customer who's coming in there.... Since when do people get paid for talking on a phone and ringing people out at the same time? I'm sorry that I would not allow this in my store and they need to get it together.

I love my neighborhood Goodwill. The staff are friendly and the prices seem to be a little more affordable.

I shop at Goodwill because it was chaper prices. However, prices went up at Goodwill. Since everything is donated, seems to be a money grab. I can purchase some of the stuff at Walmart cheaper. I will be looking for a second hand store with better prices.

I've been to plenty of Goodwill's and this has to be the worst when it comes to customer service:(
