I got tires at this location about a month prior and they were very courteous and excited to sell me tires. 2 hours later, my tpms light came on and come back for a flat repair a few days later. I’ve worked in this industry for years and I know and expect other customers to be waiting as well. I was told 2 hour wait time by the female manager, who seemed to not want to be bothered. I was ignored for about 15 minutes before I had to initiate some sort of conversation to even get her to acknowledge my presence at the counter. After I asked about just getting air in my tire so I can be on my way, she told me the 2 hour wait time was for just getting air in my tire as well. I’m by no means entitled but it seemed a bit off putting to not only ignore customers but to tell me to go to a gas station instead. 3 weeks later, which is today, I stop by at 7:30 am, 30 minutes before opening, so I can hopefully be first in line. Mike met me with a smile and told me they will start right on it when they open at 8. After I step in at 8, I was told that I had to call my fleet provider for a PO#. Again, I’ve worked in the industry and it’s their job behind the counter to collect the info and call the fleet provider after an inspection is performed so they can tell the provider what’s needed and quote them for services. I call, get the PO# and by this time, it’s 8:15. I am again ignored and passed over until about 8:45 when I’m asked to move my vehicle and bring it to the bay with no other customers in the building. Does it take that much effort to ask for my keys and pull it around like every other shop in the area ? It’s currently 9:45 and I’m still waiting to have my “quick” service to be completed. It seems the bad service has started at management and worked its way down to the lowest tech. Tighten up fellasUPDATE: tpms light returned after 4 hours because my valve stem is leaking. They said they will replace the valve stem but not the tpms sensor. Sensor doesn’t need replacing, other tire shops change the o-ring and valve stem but apparently Goodyear says they won’t and that I have to go to the dealer. What if my valve stem was the initial issue and they sold me a tire because they couldn’t find the cause ? I do not recommend this location.

My one ton pick up blew a tire on Hwy 95 south near Richmond Hill Ga. I placed several calls to tire stores with no success. I called the Good Year Commercial Tire Store on 500 Hwy 80 in Garden City Ga. looking for a replacement tire. I spoke with Mike Becerra who called other stores looking for my tire. He directed me to a Good Year Store in Pooler GA that was able to get me back on the road to Jacksonville. If you appreciate excellent customer service speak with Mike Becerra....Thank You Mike!

Worst experience I've ever had. Brought in my flatbed wrecker with 420 total miles. It had a brand-new endurance tire 255 70r 22.5. was told since there was no tread to measure the warranty could not cover the tire due to the tread blowing completely off when the tire blew. I explained to them it was 2:30 a.m. when the tire blew on I-95 and no way to recover the blown tread. So in turn I opted to buy a tire. The owner of my company called personally to pay via telephone with the company's credit card and once again was given attitude to spoken to very condescendingly. Once they payment was very I was demanded to find space in rear of the building so it may be repaired finally. Not to mention that was the only vehicle on the property that did not belong to an employee. Mind you this was after I was intially told they do not cover warranties at this GOODYEAR commercial shop on GOODYEAR tires. The inside of the shop was a mess and unorganized and my vehicle was worked on outside away from the shop bays even thonthere were no other vehicles waiting to be worked on...
