The Honda dealership I visited was the worst I’ve ever encountered. I really didn’t wanted to give a star but there is no choice.
I brought my car in four times for the same issue, and each time they claimed they’d need to perform diagnostics and then presented a different problem. As a result, I ended up paying $2100, and they still haven’t fixed the issue.
Since I only have one car and do field work, I need it to be in good working condition. Honda suggested leaving my car at the dealership so they could investigate the problem and perform another diagnostic, which would incur additional costs. Regardless of the new issue they identified, I would still have to pay more money to have it fixed.
To make matters worse, I requested a loaner car, but their service manager, Brandon, informed me that Honda doesn’t provide loaners; they only offer rentals, which I would have to pay for. However, this seemed unfair since I was bringing my car in for the same issue four times, and none of the previous times had been resolved. Brandon responded that if I needed a loaner, I should contact Honda headquarters directly.
I felt that Honda was misrepresenting itself as Grainger Honda, and if they didn’t offer loaners, I shouldn’t have to contact Honda headquarters for that. It should be something that they should provide for free, especially since I was bringing the same issue repeatedly without any resolution.
Brandon became increasingly agitated when I pointed out that the issue hadn’t been fixed after four visits. He claimed that if I brought the car in again for the same issue, it would be considered a new problem, even though it was the same issue that had been causing trouble. I argued that since the issue hadn’t been resolved after four attempts, it was not a new problem but rather a recurring issue that needed a solution.
I was frustrated because I was spending my money and time on this dealership, and I wasn’t getting a satisfactory resolution. I felt like I was wasting my resources and not getting the service I deserved.
In conclusion, I will never go to this dealership or buy a Honda car again. Their service manager, Brandon, was the worst person I’ve ever encountered. He was completely unwilling to work with customers and was only interested in saving himself money by not providing loaners.

I bought my car from this dealership in July and decided to wait a little before leaving a review to see how the after-sales service would be. The person who helped me was Connor, and I truly want to acknowledge how professional, kind, understanding, honest, and supportive he has been throughout the entire process.
Even after the purchase, the aftercare has been exceptional — every time I’ve reached out with questions, Connor has responded promptly and with genuine care. Not once did I feel overlooked or rushed. A big five stars to Connor, and I absolutely love my car!

Great service. My vehicle was in and out for an oil change faster than any other place. My service technician Hunter was so pleasant and efficient and represents Grainger Honda very well. This was my first visit and I was extremely pleased.
