Spencer and Mr. Jimmy took very good care of me during my purchase and Greg help me understand the ins and outs of my car loan. Spencer sold me my 1st car I ever financed on my own so I just made sense to come back to him for my 2nd car. I enjoyed my 1st car but it was totaled in a crash so I need another car and I thought of Spencer 1st so I called and he came to my resume a 2nd time. Grainger nissan will be my home to buy my cars. SERVICE DEPARTMENT: I WANT A FULL REFUND. 11/12/25 oil change/tire rotation. The MAINTENCE GUYS ARE SNEAKY, LAZY AND IRRESPONSIBLE. They didnt change my oil. It still look dark, dirty and smell burnt!!! Clean oil has a somewhat clear color to it. Look how dirty my blue napkin is!!!!???? I have pictures. Also they broke my hubcap without telling me. After service was done they parked my car in the back corner. The way MAINTENCE HANDLE THE OVERALL SITUATION WAS HORRIBLE!!!!! DIRTY OIL THE SAME DAY AFTER OIL CHANGE AND NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT MY BROKE HUBCAP!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I DONT TRUST GRAINGER NISSAN ANYMORE!!! IF THERE IS ENGINE PROBLEMS IT BECAUSE OF GRAINGER NISSAN

My vehicle purchasing experience was nothing short of AMAZING!!
I was shopping around for financing options and vehicles due to a recent total loss. After utilizing Capital One Pre-Approval, I discovered Grainger Nissan had a few vehicles that peaked my interest. I was able to request availability via online services, schedule an appointment for a Test Drive, review my financing options and secure the vehicle of my choice all within 1.5hr.
The sales team and President were extremely professional and friendly. I didnât feel like I was in âForce to Acceptâ bargain deal. I felt welcomed to explore different options and I didnât feel like a bother to my salesperson.
