I wouldn't pay this company to put shingles on a dog house. I found nails in my driveway, broken ornaments in my flower bed, cracked fascia, broken soffit retainers, shingles that look like they should have been thrown away instead of installed, loose nail under shingle, nails pounded too far in the ridge vent I don't need. I have spray foam rafters, solid soffits and they added ridge vents without asking me. Without an air channel to vent the heat & humidity it is not a vent, it is a hole in the roof. There is spray foam blowing in the vent like popcorn so it is not sealed as stated in message (see pic). When I asked the vents be remove and the roof be returned to it's original design, I got the run around for a month then was asked to pay more money for their mistake. They have said they offered to fix it. Their "offer to fix it" is in the pics and they wanted 300 bucks to fix their mistake and not ever show up when they said. I am not angry, just done with the B.S. Danny Grassi called me at home tonight and told me there was nothing wrong with any of the work they did. Danny has never set foot on my roof and is telling me that I am lying about its condition. Also, no offer to pay for any of the damaged property. I guess that was my fault?

A new roof can be an overwhelming thought! We replaced our 87 year old metal roof with architectural shingles through Grassi Roofing. It was such an easy conversion, and we love the new roof! Grassi is so informative and Nick and Patrick made the process easy for us.

I would highly recommend Grassi roofing. They put a new roof on my house a couple months ago, and I was very happy with how efficient and professional they were. Nick, the owner kept his word and sent some guys back to my home to address a few issues. Would definitely use them again.

Grassi Roofing was recommended by several neighbors. We had a soft spot on our roof that we were concerned about being a potential leak. Patrick came out to assess the soft spot and told us it was not an area of concern leak-wise.. just more spaced out rafters, but roofing is still in good shape. Thank you for your honesty! Great first impression. We will definitely be reaching out to Grassi for future roof work.

After insurance carrier demanded roof replacement, I obtained quotes from other companies who were dishonest about whether full replacement was required--of course they wanted to sell me a 10k roof. I contacted Nick Grassi today seeking honest inspection of roof to determine whether replacement was truly required. Instead of upselling me on something I don't need like others did, he gave me his prof opinion that replacement is not required right now, which I then showed to my insurer and can hopefully avoid cancellation of insurance. All within several hours. I am so thankful and will be using this company when time comes. I chose to write this review even though I didn't use the service because integrity goes a long way, and because the service was at no charge, I wanted to show appreciation in some way.

Grassi Roofing was quick to take our family's call for needed repairs. The team was there next day to inspect our roof, provide us a quote, and got us on the schedule same week to fix everything.
