I have been taking my 10 yr old son there for about 5 years now and always get the best haircuts. Rarely have to wait and they are super quick and affordable. The stylists in there definitely take good care of him! The latest appointment, my son wanted a mohawk/mullet. It’s awesome!Service: Haircut

I scheduled an appointment for me and a friend of mine. As soon as I walked in, the few ladies in there gave me ugly faces, and looked at me like I had grown horns. 1st time using this place so I went to look at the computer to make sure the wait time was accurate on my phone. That is when I noticed the ladies looking at me even crazier, so I politely told them what I was doing, and they totally ignored me! I feel as though they discriminate all the way down to what you’re wearing, and how your hair looks when you walk in there. I decided to go across the street instead to get a quote from Savannah hair. Called great clips to cancel the appointment, and I asked her to please let my friend know and the lady says “Well good luck with that”I find that very unnecessary and unprofessional and rude overall I do not recommend this place in any way shape or form!!!!!! But hey- I guess you get what you pay for!?

Horrible experience. Black lady mess up my hair by cut it really short, I told her to stop but she does not listen, i have to ask other white lady to repair my hair. Now my hair end up like bald. I paid for service and give tips. But no one say sorry, maybe because i am asian. I will make sure my family and my customers will know about their services.

I'm in from out of town and after stopping by the beach that I totally needed a haircut, so I Googled the closest Great Clips and checked in online. I wish I could remember the nice ladies name because she did a wonderful job giving me the layers I needed, with curly hair mind you, in no time. Thanks for making my vacation even more enjoyable.

Horrible experience. Brought my son in for his third hair cut at this location, wasn't the same lady at that did the first two cuts. The blonde woman at the first booth who cut his hair barely made conversation and was rough with my son, and when he complained the hair was itching him she made rude faces and comments. Completely rushed through the hair cut and didn't even look good. Still tipped and was kind but very disappointed. My mom and sister also had similar experiences with the same woman. I will only go now to the first lady who cut his hair.Service: Haircut

Thought this would be a great place to get my under cut done and I was in and out in less than 10 min. Unfortunately that quickness lead to me finding a chunk of my normal hair cut into once I let my bun out :/. I go to a barber to prevent the accidental cutting of my long hair , but it happened anyways. Probably best to ask the hair stylists to slow down and take their time with a buzzer so accidents like this don’t happen again to anyone else. Just wanted to share my experience ??.Service: Haircut

I only let the blonde lady cut our families hair. She is the best! Any other time... It will get messed up. Taking my son to get his fixed.first thing this morning!! Was also charged 40$ for a 5 year old!
