H&R Block provides reliable and accurate tax filing services. Staff members are described as amazing, wonderful, great, and the best. They show they care and know what they are doing, with some clients returning for over 20 years. The accountants are efficient, easy to work with, and very nice. They help clients pay less by knowing applicable deductions and providing education on what is and is not deductible. They also offer helpful opinions on other financial considerations. The rest of the staff are always sweet as well, contributing to a consistently positive experience.
I used the same person every year and she is wonderful. When she retired, I was bummed but my new H&R block accountant is just as great. Great business!
