My experience was very good. Lisa is very professional, always smiling and does amazing work. She’s fast and the staff are pleasant as well. I would recommend her for an awesome nail tech. Eyebrow tattoo was very nice also. Anyone looking for great work, check out Lisa at Lily’s nail and Spa!!!!!!!

My experience was great! My daughter and I go to Lisa all the time for our eyebrows and nails. They always take their time, very nice, and can do any design we ask! Highly recommend them to anyone. Oh its also always very clean ☺️

This was absolutely the very worst pedicure I've ever had. The tech cut down my cuticles to the point where 24 hours later the skin around my big toe stings because she cut so deep. Never have I ever had a pedicure where I'm saying ouch several times. She also burned me with the hot stones and use Icy hot on my legs. Very weird.
I only went here because my normal shop was crowded and this one was close by. This shop was also not very clean. I'm glad my tentus shot is up to date. -2 Stars

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 930AM TODAY. I WAS TOLD BY THE PERSON WHO I HAD THE APPOINTMENT WITH THAT SHE HAD 3 PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME. WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT.

Me and boyfriend came in for pedicure and it was the worst experience of my life, I’m not the type of person to make a scene, I realized that she wasn’t doing it right at all and I just ask her to stop .. and she didn’t down to cutting my skin and just half doing the job I took this picture right after she was done and she ask did I want oil .. ma’am you already put oil .. and it’s like when you say something to them either keep doing what you ask them not to or just act like they don’t understand.. it’s super frustrating.. I literally cried in the car on the way home .. we paid 95.00 ..
