Very happy with the rental process here. They had the mini we needed with a thumb. Brought it back a little early and they gave me a refund for time I didn’t use. Overall great experience

We rented ride on battery floor stripping machine. Had issues with batteries 1st thing. They didn't have batteries in stock, had to order 12!!! of them. Roughly $5K! Didn't charge for the time I couldn't use it. Flea was awesome, Hercrental was awesome!
