Enjoyed this location better than the airport, staff is nice Shavonne & the manager Christi. i kept extending & they made it easy. sad that it was only 2 times i could extend it though lol. RENT HERE!!

Christy and Brandon at Hertz were absolutely wonderful! They were kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly with my rental. Went through my insurance to secure a rental car. They left me a voicemail to schedule the rental. I kept calling back for 5 days and no one answered. Their voice mailbox was also full so I couldn't leave a message. I ended up having to cancel the rental and going through another provider.

Christy was incredibly helpful and made the whole process incredibly easy and pain-free. I will definitely be coming back to this location and recommending it to friends for their next vehicle rental.

When we arrived at this location to collect our prepaid reservation we were told there was no availability. They said they tried to call but we had no missed calls and the couple behind us had the exact same experience. They did not consider sending an email. They did not offer any alternative ideas on how we might complete our travel plans or even offer to call a taxi back into town. The staff seemed completely disinterested. - dreadful service

They will penalize you for not prepaying for the rental, they do not call to cancel your reservation. You show up, you have no car. You walk in, the carpet is dirty, the people are indifferent, lazy . One women looks like she has not moved from her seat in years. This location is what I would think welfare is like. Just went to a competitor and will not use this company again. Ewe, ewe, ewe.

Greatest experience that I've had in years thank you a l l y and Morgan was so upset when I got there what's coming in from Atlanta during a storm where my husband had had massive heart attack couldn't find any gas stations I was worried about the extra day and how I was going to get gas in the car Morgan and the assistant manager went straight into action they assured me smooth my nerves and had me smiling when I left there they handled everything with ease when I checked in as soon as I found my name they both smiled at me when I went to rent the car and said hey Miss Kelly happy to see you back them to a great team you want a stress-free car rental go to Enterprise on Skidaway as for the assistant manager all the manager great ladies extremely friendly

Hertz rentals will exploit you for $200. Never recieved my deposit back and it's been a week. I had to dispute with my bank to get my money back. I would stay away from this independent Hertz location.
