Staff who were there were very helpful, but the site was understaffed.

Great service! Easy pickup and drop-off (for the most part). Clean car although there was a slight lingering smell of herbs. It was great having an active SXM subscription. The Savannah airport car rental is a breeze to get in and out of. Will definitely do Hertz again!

Our sales agent made the experience an absolute delight. We were having a long day and they were honestly the only bright spot of our trip back home to Augusta. Lorraine thank you again for your hospitality and patience with us.
