I was told there was no bathroom here. In that big of a store?! Ridiculous. Staff here were extremely rude, it was as if I was a bother to them, like they’re not being paid to work there?! Extremely unprofessional

I never leave reviews, but this needs to be said. Was in the downtown Savannah, GA location today with my daughter. The cashier who checked us out was extremely rude. We were next in line, and before calling us up to the counter, she made a point to check her phone first. No greeting, just “I can get you.” She rang us up and literally threw the bag at us and didn’t say thank you. I’ve never had someone throw the bag at me before. Watch out for the young lady with bleached green bangs.

This shirt was tagged with a handwritten amount. They were asking $20.99!! This was clearly bought, worn, stained and returned. The employees working here are clearly very careless. Unbelievable!

Whoever the older, heavier set woman working the registers at present is- please consider new career. Your attitude is not cut out for legitimate customer service…even if we are only spending $4.99 on dresses.

I live in savannah and i use to regularly shop at H&M. I stopped shopping there after they went under new management. I went in this past week and saw a cockroach on the ground. They stopped using student discounts as well. Really sad.

This is where you take old clothing to recycle, even rags, as long as they are laundered. 15 percent off card for your next purchase-nice clothing, a good mix of mod and standard pieces to make you stylish- a little or a lot- where your daughter won't cringe shopping with Mom! Not a place of extreme sizes, x-large or super small. I'm usually a med-large. I'm a small here.

I guess I was living under a rock because I have never seen a clothing store with 4 FLOORS! The order is specifically 1st & 2nd Floor Women's, the 3rd floor is Men's and the 4th floor is Juniors/ Kids at the moment. The H&M on Broughton Street is a great destination for a quick fit and sprinkle of high end, trendy fashion for mostly all demographics. The first time I walked into this store, I just couldn't believe I was looking up at 4 floors. They have elevators accessible to all floors located near the escalators. They too have an H&M App for various deals and discounts. Also this store was very clean--huge props to maintenance, cleaners and all the associates for keeping this store clean. If you're planning a trip to Savannah, going out for dinner or if you're simply in the area, come on to Downton Savannah and check out what H&M has to offer.

Would have only given one star except the manager was fantastic! I was stopped by an associate in the fitting rooms and told I was not allowed to use the handicapped room. I have both physically obvious and not obvious handicaps. It was incredibly rude for an associate to go out of their way to stop me in a completely empty fitting room and tell me I wasn’t allowed to use the resources I needed. After telling them I was handicapped they allowed me to use the stall, but it was frustrating and embarrassing for me to have to defend my needs in such an unnecessary way. I spoke with the manager on my way out and she was amazing!! Very sweet, empathetic, and handled the situation perfectly. If it weren’t for her, I would be writing H&M off completely.

Friendly staff, clean and it’s always full with good clothes. If you arrive late in downtown know that H&M closes at 8pm.
