Very negative experience at this H and R block. We went to file our 2024 taxes and the associate we had, Larry, manually entered forms and made a large mistake which inaccurately reflected way more income. They filed our taxes indicating we owed 6K when in reality once everything was corrected (my husband had to return and it took a long time to correct and file an amended version) we were actually owed 1k. The associate Larry did not intuitively look at all of our financials and register that there must have been an error for us to owe that much. Go somewhere else for tax services unless you have a very simple filing.

If you are going to use H&R Block in Savannah use Lawrence Sweat, he was extremely helpful in doing the work of another employee who was not in his office. He lowered what I owed after Winnie found my 1099 case too confusing for her.

I love H&R Block. I love their easy to follow app which shows all your past year returns with them. I love the service and how easy it is to upload your documents. I love that you can do a consultation on the phone or in the office.
They just make everything super easy.
AND, I LOVE MY TAX PROFESSIONAL, PAM BESSENT. I have worked only with her for many years. SHE’S THE BEST! ♥️
