Felt rushed from the minute I walked in the door. With standard deduction I had to owe money. No offer was made to itemize deductions to help out. Just sign sign and collect the $145 it was to file. Turbo Tax came out with the same amount owed but was only going to charge $50. H&R grantees max refund but doesn’t actually stick to it. If they actually provided that I would’ve had my deductions itemized. Felt rushed and angry with the lack of help so just took the loss and wasted $145 for nothing but a rude experience and no help
