Great location in Savannah as it's right on the river. There is even an elevator that takes you from the Lobby to the river street... it's like a secret entrance. The rooms were not big, but they were comfortable and more importantly clean. Parking is expensive, but that is par for the course in Savannah. Check-in was easy, and there is a nice pantry for snacks and necessities. There was a beer and wine thing in the early evening, but we weren't around to take advantage of it

We liked the hotel, attempted to come back to the hotel after sightseeing and have a couple of cocktails. The bartender appeared to be overworked and never acknowledged either myself or another customer waiting. Her fingernails were extra long and appeared unsanitary. We went across the street instead. Was hoping to enjoy the view outside & enjoy drinks at the Hyatt since we were starting there.Food & drinks: The bartender needs help.

Spring for the West river view. The one that faces the bridge. It is beautiful at dusk and night from the room. 4th floor or up? Walk to about 100 restaurants and bars.

They wouldn’t provide the room we booked even though it was available. Our confirmation was clear but they refused because I booked through my credit card and not direct.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Savannah for a conference, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and serene environment to unwind after a day of meetings. The hotel itself was notably quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay without the usual disturbances. Additionally, the location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access conference venues. For the amount I paid for the room, I wish it had been nicer. One of the towels was ripped, the shower was poorly designed and the bed needed better, warmer sheets. I liked the lobby area and the staff was very nice. Location can't be beat though.

Wonderful staff - for ont desk, bar, restaurant. Rooms were fine - just need a little update. Was there about a week before St. Patrick's Day and it was in the center of the celebration. Really great location.

Was surprised by the $48 valet parking fee after the $500 room. You would think they would let their guest park on the property or at very minimum be forthcoming with the fee. Not that I had a choice.Room was nice and clean. Beautiful

I rate this hotel a 3 just because of our room we entered into. Several things were damaged/dirty and it wasn’t what you expect for the price.Thankfully, we were offered an upgrade from the staff which presented a riverside view. For sure the best room to book. Much appreciated, thank you.
